I'm hoping someone can help me. I placed an order with BattleCorps (which I assumed was a reputable company backed by Catalyst) on 18 July. The order consisted of LE copies of Run Faster, Data Trails and Chrome Flesh, plus shipping to New Zealand, so was for a quite substantial amount.

When nothing was received by 23 September, I began to get worried, so followed up via email (customerservice.catalyst@gmail.com - the only contact details I have for them) enquiring about the status of the order.

I still hadn't heard anything last week (20 October, another month later) so chased them again via email.

And now, another week later, I still haven't heard anything from them, and I still haven't received any books, so I'm trying to agitate and track them down by other means.

Is BattleCorps a reputable company, or have I been ripped off? If they are reputable, how can I get in touch with them to find out what has happened to my order?

Forget Catalyst's customer service, it does not exist.
Your best bet is to contact the long suffering (but awesomely upstanding) forum member AJcarrington on this board and pray that his bag of chickenbones and animal guts can attract the attention of Catalyst.

gluck!

Been traveling this week and haven't had much free time...have received your note and passed along.

I did speak (well, exchanged emails) with Jason on this last week and understand that a new email system is being put in place along with processes/policies for customer communication. I believe the plan is to post an update on the blog shortly, once things are up and running.
