Where can I get info about Zeta-ImpChem? What happened to this corp after 2050s-2060s and Crash 2.0?

There's a chapter in Corporate Guide about A and Aa corps. One of the sub chapters is about Z-IC. That info is as of 2072-73.

There is a new corporate book in production. However, I don't know what if any info it may have about the corp.

(Stolen Souls pg 60) Zeta-ImpChem is a AA of interest in the CFD scandal as their many years of medical research combined with their acquisition of Cross Biomed and nanotech pioneer Microflek a few years back gives them the right kind of capabilities to have had something to do with it, though not confirmed at this time.  They do seem to be covering their ass just in case, because even if they are not guilty they could still have this pinned on them as intercorporate wrangling.

(Chrome Flesh pg 201) Zeta-ImpChem remains in the chemistry game with designs on various chemical enhancements, both single use drugs and more long term treatment enhancements under the nickname of Chemoware™.

(Hard Targets pg 12) Katrina Thyssen, former (deceased) CEO of Zeta-ImpChem  and confirmed headcase was actively working on a cure/solution at the time of her death.
Death may have been tied to CFD or from possible strife of the upcoming MegaCorporate Audits of which her company was backing.

The Stolen Souls stuff seems to be a reference to a comment by The Smiling Bandit in Corp Guide (226) that one anti-TM product they were hoping to release was a nanite swarm, "that thwart's a TM's abilities by infesting certain cerebral regions."

Yeah, that was an interesting concept and even if the project never made it to final production, it looks too close to the current issue not to get a finger pointed at them for it.
Especially with the Polydopa fiasco not that long ago showing they can be a bit reckless at times.

  I could see hearing that at some board meeting somewhere.... execs without engineers at the table is always fun.

However it is not as far fetched as it may initially sound.

If we could tape ourselves and load said e-ghosts/ personalities into cfd-style nanites consistently,  one could easily see a swarm of nanites/nanohive loaded up with Wakshaani ghost, for lack of a better term, reinforcing Wak's original headwiring against outside nanites trying to wrest control of the body and mind if he were exposed to such.

Of course if we get to that point you are well off into transhumanism territory and it wouldn't be SR anymore and more EP....
