Relaxing again when Fox clarifies that he doesn't require a permanent lesson to be given Walks in Cloud adds his voice to the general consensus. "I'm in. I believe we'll be able to come up with something that will make anyone think twice before they go back on their word to you Mr Fox"

Zeroman thinks to himself for a moment, thinking about what he is about to get himself into. "Yeah, I am in for this." He goes back to his water, thinking through jobs in the past similar to this. If this works out, it would be a good start for him in Seattle with new contacts like Fox.

[DKrogh]

Lorenzo takes the last sip of his Bordeaux. "I believe, I am in as well. Although I want to discuss the payment a little more once we have heard the details."

[Jayde Moon]

Fox smiles.  "I am glad we could come to an agreement.  With that, here are the remaining details.  A costumer entrusted me with the purchase of several crates of arms.  I made use of an individual I had worked with on three separate occasions.  An arms dealer who goes by 'Crockpot.'  He operates out of Renton at 105th Avenue SE."

The man pushes his plate away, apparently satisfied with his meal.  "Crockpot took the nuyen, but several hours ago I received a call from an unhappy customer, he said he had not received his product.  Sadly, this makes me look foolish and this is upsetting.  So, that's the long and short of it.  I am sure you can work the issue from there.  Any questions?"

This sounds like a reasonable job but I do have a couple of requests. The first being if we do recover the merchandise that we have transport arranged for the items. The second if it is the dealer who stole the items and we are able to recover the money and the merchandise we keep the money. One other suggestion. Whoever is the thief if possible we gain a bonus for the removal of a hand to send a message. If multiple people are involved each hand is a bonus. And if we can't get the merchandise but recover the cash paid, if the dealer is responsible, does that work as well?

Fox furrows his brow, "I am paying you 50,000¥ and you can't figure out how to move some boxes?  Is this a serious request?  And a bonus for each 'lesson taught'?  You have agreed to the price which included the 'lesson' in question.  Now you want more because you have thought of something you deem suitable?  That is ludicrous.  My initial impressions of you are slowly changing."  He takes a sip fro his wine glass.

"That said, if you do manage to find the money AND the arms, you can keep the money.  In either case, the arms will be returned to me."

"Not all of us have these additional demands." Walks in Cloud glances at the ork face who was leading the negotiation. "However my colleague does raise a couple of points that need clarification. You mentioned several crates of arms. I think we must be more specific, how many is several? I, for one, would hate to return 'several' crates of arms only to find that more were expected. Also can you please clarify whether return of the arms is imperative or, should we find this Crockpot and the nuyen but can find no trace of the arms, whether the return of the nuyen along with the teaching of the lesson would meet the terms of the deal?"

[Ravensoracle]

Deex slides his plate away, "I think the issue of transporting several crates is valid. You higher a team to find the merchandise but as I look around the room, I don't think anyone here is a rigger with a large van. So your team is not here to make the delivery. The team is here to find the merchandise then move on to making those pay responsible. We agreed to finding the merchandise not making delivery. Once it is secured then we can contact you with the location so you can make delivery."

[Zeroman]

Zeroman thinks to himself while the others are discussing details about the job. Everything sounded pretty simple to him. "What if we get to Crockpot's address and we find him full of bullets? With not hearing from your customer for several hours, it seems possible that someone took the shipment, like a third party in all this. How would you like us to proceed in a situation like that?" He feels like that this might be a stupid question but better to be prepared if this happens.

[Jayde Moon]

Fox frowns and looks to the bounty hunter.  "Fine, you are right, have an extra 500¥ to rent a van." He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a wad of scrip and tosses it down on the table.  "I have my reservations about whether you can handle the actual job if you can't even figure out how to move crates of weapons without your Johnson figuring it out for you.  Or quibbling over inane details."

He gets up and walks to the door as Zeroman asks his question, "Your job isn't to find the dealer, it's to find the people who are fucking with me.  Proceed however you wish, you want to earn your nuyen you'll perform the tasks as laid out, figure out a way."

He opens the door to walk out.

"Well that went well...So where should we go for the planning session? I'm relatively new in Seattle so anyone here know a good location? Or should we talk here?" Said Mother looking around the table.

Deex leans forward and deftly picks up the wad of cash. With the skill of a Vegas cardshark he sorts out the 2K for each person at the table. Holding up the extra 500 nuyen questioningly,until Fox has closed the door and is outta earshot.

"What's there to plan beyond how we are going to get the van and get to the dealer's place to get the real details of what happened. I mean it's not exactly like we have a plethora of information ight at the moment."

Deex shrugs, So who knows what about Crockpot? "

"I think we need to consider two possibilities to begin with, either this dealer, Crockpot, is alive or dead. This job is a probably easier if he's still alive so chances are he's not. If he is alive we could set up a meet under a pretense of a business deal and look to take him alive at that point. If he's dead then his place is probably the point to start. I'll nose around on NeedleNet and see what I can find. I've also got some friends in the Matrix that are real good at finding out information. I'll see what I can find." Walks In Cloud looks at Lorenzo, " Chummer, you seem to have a way with words. If I track down Crockpot I might need you to set up a meet. If I can't track him down then we pay a visit to his address in the morning? Oh, by the way the name's Walks in Cloud."

Inside his mind's eye Walks in Cloud opens a display to the Matrix (AR) and posts a quick message out onto the NeedleNet forum. He also calls his registered data sprite and commands it to root out all it can about an arms dealer going by the name of Crockpot, and whose last known address was 105th Avenue SE, Renton. He tells the sprite to report back 12 hours from now at 08:30 am.

Zeroman sighed as Fox left the private room, off to a great start here. "I go by Zeroman. Nice to be working with you all.  I can get some friends of mine looking into Crackpot if no one knows anything about him." Zeroman starting to try and be more helpful with this job. "How far out is Renton from here anyways?"
