Readying flashbang = simple action, Seeing if door is locked = Simple Action

Next action you can 'simple action to open and simple action to throw... if the door is actually unlocked.

This sounds like the way to go to me. Let's roll with this and hope the door's unlocked (and that it's not some poor receptionist's office).

Sorry for the lack of posting. Lots of travel, parties and alcohol to blame. Will get back on it after work tonight

I do not think that Tanya can post yet since she is dangling 180' or so beneath Earlybird's Wasp.  It is unlikely that we will get to the site before the fighting is over so it is cool the jets time and watch the city go by below for now.

There are many things I absolutely love about PBP Shadowrun.  It kind of feels like I'm playing Shadowrun all the time, which is awesome. The unavoidable downside is that sometimes you find yourself having to wait for something to resolve before you can really contribute again, and that can take weeks at times.  There's really no way around it, but that's probably my least favorite aspect of this kind of game.

Write more short fiction, that's what I did. :)

Jayde. He's probably slammed at work. But before we express frustration at him, I'd like to remind everyone that unlike us, he has a lot more to contend with. As GM, he has to contend with all aspects of a particular run, not just posting what one character does and then wait impatiently to see the results. There's planning, answering whatever questions may get asked by the players, considering how player actions may affect the course of the run, figuring out what's going on behind the scenes that may affect what the PCs encounter and how NPCs behave, writing up seamless narrations of events, etc.

Then multiply all that by 3. I for one am grateful to Jayde for having put all this together, and for being the driving force that keeps it going. Not saying I'm not impatient, I absolutely am. I'm just saying let's be sure to mix in a healthy dose of understanding with our impatience.

That said, let me further add that WTF JAYDE POST ALREADY THIS IS BULL?#!¥ I NEED TO BUY MY WESTWIND SO GIVE US LOTS OF NUYIN NOW!!!11

Given that it's now reached Christmas Eve in my time zone let me be the first to wish you all happy Christmas.

I'll be offline pretty much from now until Sunday or Monday so I hope you all have a good holiday.

Hey guys, yeah, work slammed, then I was gearing up for holiday travel and time to relax and stuff and then had a family event.  That is to say my grandmother passed away.  Which is sad, but I'm A-OK, she was in late stages of dementia (alzheimers) and the family really had time to steel themselves and we were all ready when nit happened.

However, there has been a flurry of travel and memorials and family gatherings to attend, so I was really out of the loop the last three days.

I'm going to post tonight and not expect anything for the next two days (though I'll check).

Merry Christmas to you you guys, Happy Holidays, Kwazy Kwanzaa, or whatever you celebrate.  Much love

There are indeed hidden icons in the area.

@ Cal

Last action of the round, what does Cal do?
That's just like... your opinion, man.

 ;) Happy Holidays/Merry Christmas!

Sorry to hear about your loss, Danny.I'll be sending positive thoughts/prayers your way. It always tough to loss someone at this time of year - more so than anyother time, but at least you'll have plenty of family and friends to shear your mourning.

Ok, I guess I'll have my Agent try to find the hidden ICON of the Sniper while I'm pulling up the building's blue prints.

I, too, am sorry for your loss.  I have another friend in a different game that has lost a grandmother in the last couple of days.  My thoughts are with you and your family.

Truly sorry to hear Danny... all my best to you and your family. Even if it's expected it can be more difficult than expected when it happens. Hang in there man.

As for Cal, he does indeed open and toss.
