"A couple of my contacts may have some guns and/or ammunition that they or a business associate are looking to offload." VanGuard overtly glances towards Angus, "One of them is Yakuza, I assume that won't be a problem?"  VanGuard's voice inflection and body language indicate that this is a question, not a statement.

VanGuard then sends an encrypted message to Joey...

>> Joey [VanGuard]  I have another inquiry for you, one I think is more up your alley; some chummers of mine need some hardware that is cheap and immediately available; after that, it would be preferable if they were of the SMG or AR variety.  Ammunition would be good too... Of course, we would be recompensing you for your time and energy.  As always, your assistance is appreciated. <<

VanGuard then sends another encrypted message, once Angus has indicated that there is no issue with working with another criminal enterprise.

>> Kazama [VanGuard] Mr. Hazuki, some business associates of mine are in need of some guns and ammunition for a job we are working.  Cheap and immediately available are our priorities, we would like to have possession within 24 hours if possible.  Let me know if we can do business.  On another note, assuming this job works out, I should be making a payment to my account in the next week or two. <<

"Ravener, if you want something that is automatic, one of these contacts may have something for you.  I will keep everyone up to date on what responses I get."

No thanks.  I prefer to be long range support, although I can use a pistol if need be.  Just offering in case Forty can use a sniper rifle.

We'll get you the gear you need Forty. I'll get to my contact asap as he may have some info on where someone would get their hand on the Ares submachine gun that was used.
What I'd like is bring our brain back to agri-corp. Why an anti-augmentation group attack agri-corps make no sense. I see no relation. But I'm sure they do. We need to focus on those Greenfields hires since it seems that was what they were looking for.
I feel we need to get to those people before the terrorists do. Or find out if those people could be used by the terrorists to infiltrate the Agri-Corps somehow. Ravener, How many names you've got?

There are 11 Greenfield locations, all of them are rural.  Three of them are near Seattle, which is where most of the new hires have gone to in the last three months.  Definitely seem like likely targets.  I will review the files and see if anything looks like it was changed or added.  Swiping his hand through the air, Ravener sends the files he has on Greenfields and the new hire data out as AROs.

"I hope you find changes.  If not, maybe look for ones who aren't protected by the herd, you know?  New hire, ain't married, live somewhere where people don't ask no questions, ain't never worked for Greenfields and that sort of thing.  Ya know, so if they replace someone they could get away with it.  I don't know if that's their style, but even crazies can watch trids and that's what Sophee did in that 'Taking Back my Mother' Trid last year."

Ravener, any chance you could access camera footage from the area of those three sites, from here, to see if you happen to see the van or if the cameras have been bricked? If not, we will have to survey the sites locally to see if there are any signs of surveillance."  VanGuard asks as he loads the AROs, fully expecting the locations to be in complete opposite sides of Seattle from each other...

Henway pops the last two egg rolls into his maw like they were bite sized candies.

If any of youse gets a line on ammo, see if dey gots any belts o' ammo fer a Ingram Valiant ell em gee.  'Splosive rounds if dey got em, reglar if dey don't.  I'll take clips if dey ain't got any belts, can't have too many spares I guess.

As the discussion shifts to the Greenfields files and locations, he listens quietly before asking, Ya tink dese slots mighta slipped a guy into da corp?  Dat'd be smart, I remember guys tryin' dat sorta ting if dey was gonna hit a place and wanted a inside guy.  Course, sucks ta be da inside guy if ya gets caught.  Seen dat happen too.

Angus shrugs, "I have no problem if you use another syndicate its your dollar not mine, as for the ammo ill ask around and see what will come up. cant hurt to get to much ammo." He then stares off at the wall thinking and asks, "You think the corp guy left this data up as a clue to who to look out for, or that our targets left it up as there next hit." He pauses then continues, " Maybe one of these individuals might be able shine more light on our rompu"

Angus's words spark a thought for Forty, and she turns to Kachina to verify it "Or it could have been magic, right?  Make sure just to wound one guy, then use a little mind magic something-something on him, saying "Bring up the files on Greenfields."  Then tap him in the head  an' make sure he ain't gonna tell the what-why of bringin' up that file. Saves on paying a hacker, right, and probably quicker and stuff.  These guys may be scary-crazy, but pretty scary-smart too."

@ VanGuard

VanGuard [Kazama] You can meet me at the normal place, tonight after 9, I'll have some stuff for you.  Whatever the guys before you don't take off my hands.

VanGuard [Joey] Guns and ammo not really my bag, I can find it but you'll be paying additional finder's fees.  But, what I did manage to get for you was a hit on your van.  Rental company got it out to a fellah for three days, got it back nice and clean.  I did a trace on the name and it came up baloney... except that the name is also checked into a motel at 18123 72nd Ave S in Renton.  Don't say I don't do nothin for ya!

@ Ravener

It's maddening, trying to find a pattern that is of use in these hires.  Absolutely nothing stands out to you.  You vaguely note of Vanguards words and take a moment to check the hosts of the Greenfields locations.  Decent hosts but nothing super heavy.  You think that if you were close enough, you'd be able to hack them without too much trouble.
That's just like... your opinion, man.

Ravener sighs and pushes away from the table.  Ok, I can't find any likely suspects out of the new hires.  Too many possibilities.  Looking at the hosts, I am sure I can hack them if I am closer to them.  This far out the Noise becomes an issue.  [Provided VanGuard relays the address his contact gave him] A motel I can definitely hack.  With any luck they are either still there or at least we can get video of them without the masks.  Be easier if I am closer to the hotel, and we can be ready to roll in on them if they are there.  Hopefully they missed a camera around the hotel.

"BINGO!"  VanGuard blurts out whilst fist pumping in excitement, almost interrupting Ravener as he is lamenting the situation with Greenfield.  "I got a hit on the van, the same fake ID used to rent the van is currently checked into a motel at 18123 72nd Ave S in Renton.  Also, Forty, my Yak contact may have something for you, but we aren't going to be getting first pick, so I have no idea what he'll have for you, it will most likely be illegal with or without licenses; it will probably take us in the wrong direction from the hotel though.  Up to you guys, but I definitely want to check out this hotel, Ravener, you can dig something up on that place, right?"  VanGuard's smile returns as the case starts to look up.

Nice Job, Vanguard. Let's not waste time. Let's get to the Motel.  We'll take just two vehicles: Ravener take Angus, the rest in Vanguard's van. I know you boys would rather ride your bike, but we need to remain as inconspicuous as possible, yet be ready for action in no time. Forty, your Steyr will do for now.
Let's go team.

Henway pulls himself to his feet and shoulders his bag as he grins at VanGuard.  Wiz, mebbe we gets lucky and dey's just lyin' low and not 'spectin' company.

He glances over at Kachina.  No bike here, boss.  Da bag is too much of a pain in da hoop ta carry on a bike.  'sides, I need ta get da gyro mount on if we's gonna hit dese guys, bettah ta do dat in da van on da way.  I should be good on ammo, but if we's makin' any stops I'll take extra.  No such t'ing as too many bullets.

"Fraggin' right shopping can wait -- we finally got something interesting goin' on!"

Once they are in the van, Forty tries to get Kachina's attention briefly to talk spirits.  "I've got Bolt, air spirit with fear and lightning, with me now.  But it only has one more agreed favor to do.  I'll keep it up for now, but if things look complicated or you want a different set of spirit stuff, I can call something else.  I'm best with air by a bit., but I can also do man, beast, water or plant"
