How hard would it be to hack into street lights for Seattle and while we are on that topic what are those managed by?

Power is supplied by Gaeatronics.  The Grid is maintained by Mitsuhama.  Public Works is Shiawase.

Do you want to hack into all of the lights, or just a few along a street?  And what kind of lights are we talking about?  Do you mean the traffic lights, or street lights that light up streets?  You might be surprised there are different kinds of lights that are powered on the same grid, but they might've changed things considerably by the 2070s.

If you're trying to merely cut street lights in a certain block, be aware that its all the more likely that Seattle hasn't changed its electrical distribution much, so any attempt merely to knock out street lights in a city block by hacking into Gaeatronics power stations might only result in knocking out all power for a whole neighborhood grid!  This might be good for your players, so long as whatever they're after isn't dependent on main-electrical power (i.e. Matrix connection, security access, doors that automatically lock and stay locked in case of power failure).  If all they want to do is shut down some lights, here's a thought:  Shoot them out.  It's far easier than hacking, and probably has far less risk of running into tracking software.
