I would build up archery...maybe spec in cross bows and add perception...then take incomp in firearms

Either way, you're looking at getting INT and WIL to 5, so that's 90 right there. Will probably want REA and AGI boosted to at least 3 if not 4, so that's another 50 or 90. Leaving you with 100 or 60 which is enough to get you some Cerebral and Cerebellum Boosters. Maybe a Mnemonic Enhancer and the rest of your gear will eat up the rest. Instead of wasting karma on a weapon skill or sneaking, just go with Active Hardwires, much more karma efficient for this guy. You could probably even do the same with Perception. Get em used, as this guy has plenty of Essence to spare. Don't forget that you can also get the bonus 25 Karma for picking up Negative Qualities.

I'm flattered, but I haven't really played with Life Modules or KarmaGen yet. I would recommend picking up Perfect Time (Run Faster) and Codeslinger (Core) for more positive qualities, just because they're practically required in an optimized hacker.

I would recommend that you get Intuition up to at least 4, if not 5. I think you're fine with a Willpower 3, honestly, but you could push it to 4 as well. Grab some more Agility, if only for movement speed. Reaction would make sense too. Edge you need to get up to a 3, I think.

Skills, you're pretty set, so I'll skip over that. If anything, get another point of Archery and take crossbows specialty like JmOz01 was saying. Incompetent: Firearms makes me grin too, so I'd go for it.

Equipment - grab a smallish drone and pimp out its sensor array as much as you can. Then, instead of rolling Perception, you can roll Electronic Warfare for perception when using the sensor array. It also gives you some scouting options, even without being able to rig it.

Once you crank through that and get your basic 'runner gear, (Fake SIN, Licenses, Lifestyle, miniwelder, Medkit, etc), see how much karma you have left. Getting Cerebral and/or Cerebellum Boosters would make sense.

Now, if you want to be a bit more silly and give yourself some more options in actual combat, grab cyberarms and cyberlegs and crank your Agility to 9 on each. Now you have a great running speed and have a decent chance to hit with that crossbow. Get some narcojet bolts and you're in business for a little stealthy, mcstealtherpants kills. If so, grab at least a few levels of Sneaking.
