Looking for information on Rhiannon Glendower, duchess of Snowdon. I know there's some mention in Jet Set. I also found a short tidbit in Loose Alliances and Shadowrunwiki says she's also in Shadows of Europe. Is there anything else, particularly anything in 4E?

Not much on her in recent editions.

For more you really need to go back to the London Sourcebook about her and the Knights of Glendower (pgs 127-128)

The main interest beyond her politicking for Welsh independence is the fact they have been mining Orichalcum there since the 2050s, something that outside the 'natural' orichalcum that cropped up during the passing of Halley's comet shouldn't really be occurring, though since this precious metal is found in quartz stalactites it might not be so much occurring that as having been stored there from an earlier... time.

"London Sourcebook"? That doesn't sounds like Shadows of Europe.

She is mentioned in Shadows of Europe for her ecological stance and pushing for Welsh independence, the London Sourcebook (which was 2nd ed) talks a bit more about her being elven, young and unmarried along with bits about Snowdonia of which she is the ruler and touches on her orichalcum 'mines'.

Ancient History has a piece buried in his Vaults Arcanum talking a bit more about the Snowdonian orichalum and how it differs from normal produced stuff and the ore that spawned when the comet passed as well as how the Great Dragon Celedyr provided information to Rhiannon about how to mine and extract this asset.

Beyond her right to be called Lady Rhiannon Glendower I do not recall any other titles directly attached to her.

Now on a side note, it would be interesting to find out if she is supposed to be descended from Owain Glyndŵr  (anglicised as Owen Glendower) who was the last native Welshman to hold the title of Prince of Wales back in 1400.
