True, but you'd have to get your GM to sign off on having what is literally described as "a bed with a transparent, enclosed lid and a host of sophisticated medical equipment" installed on your scooter. I know I wouldn't let you do that, but your mileage may vary, of course.

Unless there is a specific example, RAW doesn't allow it, instead RAW doesn't DISALLOW it.  There is a distinction.

I honestly don't care, as I care less about RAW at my own table and more about what makes sense. Which is why trying to mount an assault cannon on a scooter wouldn't fly at my table, even if RAW doesn't explicitly allow or disallow it...

By highest order you mean utmost importance right?  'cause otherwise Combat Knives grant the power to fly and shoot lasers from my eyes because the rules don't say that isn't allowed.  It's a fairly important point for RAW arguments.

Absolutely.  It's why we have GMs.  I'm the same way with really any equipment moding rules in Shadowrun.  I go more by what "makes sense" than RAW because, occasionally, RAW is very silly.

A Dodge Scoot has Body 4.
A Heavy Weapon Mount is 4 Mod Slots as of Rigger 5.
A Vehicle with a Body attribute of 4 gets 4 Mod Slots in each category, including Weapons.
Thus, RAW means a vehicle with a Body of 4 can technically install a heavy weapon mount.

And this is why I don't care about RAW as much as some, because there's no way I'd allow something the size of an assault cannon to be mounted on a moped...

40k?  Jebus.  That's crazy if the Valkyrie module costs 2k.  What's preventing you from adding a Valkyrie module to an MCT-Nisan Roto-drone ?  I don't have Rigger 5, otherwise I'd answer my own question...

AFAIK by default vehicle mods can't be installed in drones, besides in body slot it consumes 6 points, so drones and most motorcycles can't have this anyway.
