[5e] Smuggler Backstory

I don't really need crunch help, mostly because I don't care about that right now, but what else is missing from a solid backstory for a established smuggler of just about anything who also runs as a face or public infiltrator? (FYI, this is Seattle)

My character, Bolt Hole, is a late-teenage, human, sinless urchin standing at about 5'3" with a small frame. In the low/slums area he calls his sprawl,, he lives and operates his smuggling business, acquiring goods to be picked up, delivered, or stored all inside of a storage unit in a complex of similar, small units. He keeps dead-drops for himself, his customers' goods, and emergency supplies around the sprawl as well as some of his cash and fake SINs/liscenses in lockup in other containers (also intended to help as anyone who checks records looking for a container owned by Bolt will now have to check multiple containers). The local gang is paid off (mostly in drugs and occasional discrete weapon shipments) to not only leave him alone, but have a couple thugs make sure the entire storage complex is safe from ruffians. Bolt Hole also owns a moving truck with a smuggling compartment for getting large items across checkpoints.

The downtime work usually consists of getting a chef some illegal food product that a hotshot customer is after, getting highly hot gear through a checkpoint for some runner with their own agenda, taking a package from a johnson in uptown to his runner in lowtown who might need it stat and then getting the paydata to some out of town buyer. To deal with potential challenges he can fast talk his way into areas not normally open, dress to fit in as a nobody or somebody - that's still just a nobody, B&E through most mundane locks, parkour to higher areas, and shoot his way out as a last stand (although he is partially a coward as expressed through unsteady hands).

Bolt, as a person, tends to be very coy but always forthright with friends. He never lies but he should he need to, he knows how to hide or bend the truth. He doesn't like being shorted (or called short for that matter) but he doesn't hold grudges. Everyone who knows Bolt Hole, knows that when they visit he likely wont notice them while he is playing another new simsense game.
