Penetrating strike (2) should be .5 PP rather than 1.0

I believe you pay for your alternate form with karma regardless of the creation method.  An Elf would be 5 karma.

Based on what he has listed his magic priority should be 2 and his resources should be 1. 

I think he's gone over in karma.  I'm counting a minimum of 55 karma (Pantherine surcharge (25) + PP(25) + Elf alternate form (5)) plus I see a mentor spirit PQ so that would be 60.  Do you get extra karma using SUM to 12?

Thank you for helping me out with my character. If you look up the shamans code, They can bind spirits, they just need to make a contract with the spirit and have the spirits permission. It is a magical contract made with bartering and other services. With the shamans code, you cannot just go, Hey look it is an air spirit! Now he is my servant!

Really, I've played way more DnD & Battletech in my life but SR has always been the most interesting world I've ever delved into & wish I could play loads more of it.
