Have we got anything remotely resembling a collection of collected stats for the big names in SR5?  Puck and Kane are about to bust into the Boston QZ in my game and I was wondering if there was at least a starting point for their mechanics?

I believe Puck was in 4e Street Legends. Don't know about Kane, but he'll be as wild and over the top as possible ^^
If Tom Brady’s a Spike Baby, what does that make Brees and Rodgers?

I figured one or both might be in there, but I'm very hesitant to pick it up because it seems like stats don't translate well enough, especially when it comes to skills, across editions.  That's no biggie tho, I can just stat them myself.

I kind of have pegged as one of the world's top hackers, but because of a balanced focus and creativity than because of an abundance of raw numbers in in particular skill, so was leaning towards giving him 7s and 8s in all of the hacking and computer skills (as opposed to Pax, who specializes in cybercombat and software).  The way he talks about deeper mysteries of the Matrix and of Resonance gives of a very submerged vibe, so I was going to put him at 4 when it came to subermsion grade (though not necessarily with his Resonance maxed).  Furthermore, since the party will be working with him a couple of times before he bites it one way or another, I want to demonstrate that he is in another league but without him just running circles around everyone.  My group has advanced to the point where they have 8 ranks in a few of their most important skills.  Do I have this wildly wrong?

As for Kane, I have no idea where to start except that he probably has quite a few ranks in various pilot and firearms skills.  Any advice beyond that?

To my mind, major NPCs like that don't need stats. If you ever need to roll for them, roll a high number of dice or pick a result; they would be plot devices in my game, not someone you'd need to roll for.

Kane is in the Street Legends supplement.  Also, his stats/bio were worth the whole book, in my mind.
Would you want to go into a place where the resident had a drum-fed shotgun and can see in the dark?

Just fishing but I'll be quite interested in 5ed for Butch, Netcat and Clockwork, if someone have done some :)

I'm actually finding it remarkably easy to build them, though I imagine they look absolutely nothing like their incarnations in street legends or anywhere else they've shown up.  I've just been deciding what I want their die pools to be in everything relative to the party and then finding the most stylish, suitable way to reach that number, karma and priorities be damned.  It's been working for the game so far.

Some of the street legends while good aren't unreasonably good- others, like Harlequin, are in the 'why is there even a stat block' category.

I find most of the SR4 Street Legends can be transferred to 5th quite easily... A few however have lots of augmentations/gear that isn't in 5th yet.

I agree with Lorebane24 ... when it comes to NPCs helping my PCs. For instance, Butch has been hiring them to investigate CFD (and retrieved some "test subject") and Netcat has done some follow up (plus giving them some advise on the Foundation). For this kind of interaction "here is the pool i want them to have" works.

But, if I want to use them in a fight - for instance, Clockwork would be a perfect "vilain" to oppose, then I would like complete stats....

See, I actually think it would be a blast to have the party work alongside Clockwork, but my roster is getting pretty heavy at this point.  Their villains right now are PAX and a baby version of Deus (still scary), and it's enough for them to focus on.  They're working alongside Puck and Kane, and in the next few runs they're going to get a job offer from both Hans Brackhaus and Dodger, and if they play their cards right they will find an old chip with the Jack B Nimble program on it.

My party just delivered to a collective the last piece of the puzzle it needed to get Deus on the Matrix again, and it was so fucking good.  They didn't really know what was happening until this scientist plugged something into a computer and told them they were about to witness history.  Then a bunch of drones turned on and started quoting scripture and the veteran player in my group started laughing and repeating "oh shit" a few times.
