however you share it, JDA since your are the most sensible is responsible for keeping tabs. I'd like you to discuss it, and share, and then made an updates to your cards and then PM them to me. It is good enough if you make a party treasure out of something (to buy safe house for example), but I'd like to have that separated and put together in one place.

Calico can link you with Rick the Armsdealer. Cursor could link you with Tabby the fixer. I am not sure (working from the other computer) - but I think they are ratings 3 or 4, so you'd need to invest as much as that in rating and level 1 loyalty max.

We could use a hacker on the next game since Fractal and Cursor are out and we have Sam the infiltrator around. Just verify the availability levels. Build up some background story, and you might change Seattle to Denver.
There will be a little overlap with Omar, but that is just as good. I like to have more than one player in matrix.
