This is the result of trying for a snowflake build.
The idea was a naga that could handle both technology and magic without much grief.
Somehow, don't ask me how, I ended up with a NeoNET Internal Affairs officer.
The result did satisfy the idea, but I am going to leave it as a NPC that can be easily modified to act as a corp investigator.
Sadly, after the effort to build him, I'm not too eager to run him.

Interesting build though I think the agility would hurt if you did try to use him as a runner. I still feel sad there's no module that raises magic like there is one for resonance because if you want a magic 6 that's 130 to 135 karma before anything else in life modules is purchased and you still have no spells at all so that's another 50 to 60 karma.

The issue with agility in this case is two fold:
1. no arms
2. limit during chargen is 4 and augmented maximum is either 5 or 6 not sure which.
With those in mind, nagas are either going to build specifically for agility (or which attribute is used when jumped in for gunnery) and those skills or completely ignore them.
Agree with your view about not having a life module that increases magic.
