I need lore help. What's Seattle's biggest Matrix-oriented gang? If there isn't a gang with a strictly Matrix bent, then which existing gang do you think has the biggest influence over the Matrix, if any?

None of the following are "Big" gangs in scheme of Seattle Gangs the way the Ancients or Tigers are, but all have a Matrix Link.

So 3 gangs,
2 are actual "Matrix" Gangs,  1 of those is based out of Puyallup, the other, Matrix wide.
The 3rd is a Thrill Gang out of Redmond that has a lot of Deckers in it.

Thanks! I left the thread title vague in case anyone else has questions about Seattle-area gangs. I've thought about picking up that 10 Gangs PDF, but it looks like it discusses new or lesser-known gangs. I wish I knew more about the classics.

Given his formatting, I'm guessing that is where Tarislar got his list.

It doesn't have extensive descriptions of the gangs but it does provide useful high-level information, like type of gang, size, turf, colors, years of operation, etc. Also, it also includes helpful page references if you want to look up more on your own. (Thank you, anonymous wiki editors!) That will help a ton if you want to research the classics.

As an aside, 10 Gangs is not Seattle-specific. The gangs featured come from all over the globe. Only one, the Laésa, explicitly have a presence in Seattle. (Appropriately enough, given the other poster here, they operate in the Tarislar neighborhood of Puyallup.)
