Has anyone created sample matrix runs to help new players and DM's understand hacking?  I realize that there is some disagreement with how some things work, but as someone who has read and reread the relevant sections, I still don't quite get it all.  There are differences in hacking devices, vs hacking hosts vs straight cybercombat throwing damage.

I would love to see someone write up some sample runs (mechanics wise, with only a little fluff.).

Didn't Wakashanni have a lot to do with DT?  How bout it Wak, could you write up samples of how a matrix run would go at your table?

Question for demo agents:  Are the demo team DM's in agreement with how matrix stuff is handled, and are the regular players understanding how it all works?  This was one of the reasons my group stopped playing SR and went to Savage Worlds.  I would love to get a grip on the system better and try to DM someday.

I found this thread on the Shadowrun Universe forum to be very instructive:

Enough that I bookmarked it for future reference.

I feel like there have been some posted to this forum...

However, because there isn't a lot of agreement on the rules (especially re:technomancers/technomancy/sprites/CFs, Agent teamwork OS, etc.),  there are going to be differences of opinion on it. Unfortunately, the matrix rules give enough room for interpretation to not always look a like table to table.
