I'm ok with using a low light source to up the lighting by one step, however, it will come with a severe limitation on range without the low light vision to compliment it. Like the dim light will only penetrate about 5 feet, or about 1.5 meters of you are using metric. If you'd like to swap it out, I'm fine with that since it hasn't been used yet, and doesn't affect anything too much. Also keep in mind that while thermo vision can see in darkness, it relies on heat, if the background and air are the same temp, you're not going to see anything either. Granted, any heat introduced through body heat, flashlight, etc will make it visible to some extent.

With the low availability of the Low-light flashlights, Ballistic Masks, and Gas Masks. We should be able to pick that stuff up at a weapons or Surplus store without wasting out the higher Availability of our employers offer.

EDIT: Cas will pick up a low light flashlight and a plain Ballistic Mask with built-in Gas mask. He'll spend 375Y of his own money.

EDIT 2: Cas has the Night Vision Quality which gives him Low-light vision even though he is a human. So the Low- light flashlight should work fine for him.

I think Spikes will want a regular flashlight and to attach it to her gun. That way she can walk the sewers with ready weapon and always see what she shoots at, perhaps some flashlight that has low light and full light can be cool. To see something dim light and if the shit hits the fan, at-least properly see the targets.

I'm AFB right now, but I think I might just buy Chaim a pair of rating 1 contacts and put lowlight vision on them. If he's going to help in the radar role that could be useful.

To Crater's point, Ichante will spend ¥25 on an infrared flashlight so that she can see some details in the sewers. Astral perception should help her spot threats, but if she needs to find a manhole cover or something else cold and dead then the flashlight will help.

Ok, looks like Rating 1 Contacts + Low-light Vision comes to ¥700 at Availability 10.  Would you like for me to roll for non R or F rated gear?  I don't think this is the kind of thing he'll worry about being attached to his fake SIN.  Probably comes in handy for night owls and club-goers such as he is.

Eh, let's see if he can score 'em on the black market, so long as the price remains the same.  Chaim has: CHA (6) + Negotiation (4) = 10 dice.  I'll roll Bargaining (2) and Tailored Pheromones (2) separately, as I'm not sure that they would apply.

Finding Contacts: 10d6t5 6
Feeling good about that.

Negotiation: 2d6t5 1

Tailored Pheromones: 2d6t5 0

So, if Negotiation counts that's 7 hits, if not then 6.

Scratch that; I'm a dork. Ichante already has an infrared flashlight.

I'll add the gas mask to my sheet.

You definitely find the contacts you want, however, with only one success on negotiations, the price remains at 700

Carter, he rolled negotiation seperately and then 2 dice for bargaining (just in case it applies) and the pheromones seperately.

these are 7 successes not 1.

Spikes would like to buy contacts with thermographic vision an

two flashlights regular one.  She'll equip the flashlights on the underbarell mounts of her guns. The AK will get the infrared flashlight
and the machine pistol will get the regular one.

Another option is to put both flashlights on her helmet - is that an option?

the cost is 700 +50 for flashlights, gas mask is 200 so Spike can somehow cover these expenses from her own funds though if there is some mission funds - she'd be happier not leaving herself so broke.
(and if Chaim is going to knock down the price he'll be her hero).

she has 1000 Nuyen so she can pay.

Going through sewers seems more of an 'assault rifle' kind of run rather than a machine pistol kind.

Yeah I agree. I am trying to decide what armament Cas needs to be bringing along.

@Gilga, you're right, I had forgotten he rolled negotiation, and went with the label on the roll itself of "finding contacts." Because it was negotiation, and a semi regular item to find, I'll put the target at 3, giving 4 extra successes; at a 5% discount per extra success, take 20% off the price of the contacts, making them 560 total

How is everyone doing regarding silent kills? Everyone have Silerncers/Suppressors? Also are we running non-lethal?

I'm on my phone right now, but I'll roll to see if Chaim can get a bead on Spike's gear when I get back to my computer.

As for armaments, Chaim has SnS and Narcojetfor light pistols and APDS for his heavy pistol. He'll bring both. He'd rather avoid killings chummers if it can be helped. All of his weapons are suppressed.

If Chaim would allow it, Spikes would love to aid him. She is not skilled in negotiation but it seemed like most of the legwork was already done so I bet she could spare the time.
aid negotiation (default): 2d6t5 1
so if he takes her around for the you'll get 1 extra dice.

Ichante is a terrible shot and knows it. Her SMG is purely for show (i.e. making the opposition think that she might not be the mage, if only for a couple seconds) and suppressive fire.

Her spells are her silent options. Chill is like Stunbolt but with an added kick against the target's Initiative. That said, it's a Direct spell and won't one-shot anybody.

Her one-shot spell is Petrify, which is fantastic for negating lower-Body targets but may not be effective against higher-Body targets like ghouls.

Opium Den is her area debuff, which won't kill anyone but will slow them down.

Trid Phantasm and Manascape are for being subtle.

Ice Storm is for when we're not being subtle or we need to escape, and Flame Burst is her "oh drek" button.
