We believe that these guys are looking for someone and each territory they go into narrows their search pattern. As of now, they seem to be arrowing in on one axis of advance. Strangely enough, although there are a number of news pundits comparing this to the gang wars between the Yaks and the Mafia and the internal war the Triads put themselves through, none of the major crime syndicates seems to be involved in this. The lone exception seems to be that one of the paid advisers to the news channels is a mid-level Yak lieutenant by the name of Phil Tanaka.
