"I smile at his joke and wonder if he really thinks I have any such compassion.

As Vlad examines the two prisoners I snap a picture of the two women, more then one of the second women, if she is the love of Vlads life that also makes her his weakness, and an easy one to exploit if I do choose.

"That would be appreciated. Thank you Vlad, I shall call you if I find something."

The two prisoners have hand restraints as well as their legs and are prevented from moving quickly. or running away.  Vlad gives you the keys to the restraints and gives some instructions to his men, who both nod.  Vlad bows to you then walks away to where the other woman is standing, grabbing her up in a bear hug that should have crushed the breath from her.  The guards wait for instructions from you.

I walk purposefully out of the complex, giving a sharp nod to indicate they should follow.

Once we have gone a little ways I call Synthia and give her a location about a block away

'Two more, I'll dismiss the guards before you arrive. Then we are done here.'

I need a shower or two, the evenings events are going to hit me soon and then my mind will hardly be my own for a while. I need to get these fools someplace safe and then myself and Syl, and maybe Cynthia as well, back to my place.

Sylvia responds quickly.  >>Got it.  I have a vehicle coming out to pick them up and take them to a secure place.  The others are already on their way there.  We can have the limo drop us somewhere if you like and if you are done with Lady Marisart.<<

>Good, we can begin the auction once we return to the  apartment. As for Lady Marisart, do you think she's interested in continuing her involvement? Or a three-way at our place?<<

Of course I'd prefer that she be interested in both, danger  and intrigue being powerful aphrodisiacs my own interests in her momentarily exceed a business relationship. The idea that my desires are somewhat rooted in vodka don't disuade me. Once I might have second-guessed myself in such moments, but I'm becoming more certain with each successful ploy.

Besides, spin the gears in my brain, if she's naked in the apartment, she can't very well sell us out, can she.

>>Hold on.  I will ask her if she is interested in coming to the apartment.<<

>>Sorry.  She apparently has some sort of charity skeet match she is involved in later this morning and needs to get ready for that.  I am going to let her take her limo and go home and will have a car pick the two of us up at the location I am sending.  We can discuss going to the apartment or to watch the interrogations.  I do have to admit that I am very aroused at what we have just done, but I will leave that up to you for now.  I will be waiting for you and your baggage.<<

>>It's always nice to know my work is appreciated.<<

Glancing around to ensure that I am unobserved I cast invisibility and make haste to the meeting with Sylvia.

OOC:  Is the invisibility covering just you or the other four people with you as well?

You round a corner and see that the meeting spot is a mostly vacant lot on a corner.  Sylvia is leaning against a light pole and talking to a cute brunette.  A rotor-winged vehicle is taking up part of the vacant lot and you can see the movement of another person inside the helicopter.  Sylvia nods to the other woman and steps forward to meet you and the men following behind you. "Hello, dear.  Right on time.  Ready to send these guys off to question and answer land?"

I nod and board the verti-bird, waiting till we are well into the air to remove my scarf respond. "As long as it's a secure land, these men are on the leash for someone powerful, so if there is a rescue attempt it will be highly effective."

I take a moment to appraise the bird, the other women and if possible the pilot. Are they military? Corporate?... independent? I already suspect Sylvia's mysterious assassin cult is to thank here, and if I can see enough of their gear I can probably work out their financial range. After all, of her friends are flying military surplus instead of cutting edge it would speak to their security, and that of my newest bargaining chips.

The brunette smiles at you but does not speak as she draws an odd-looking pistol from her hip and walks to the two prisoners.  Sylvia tells the guards that they can leave and they look to you for confirmation, leaving after you nod.  The odd gun is some sort of injector and each prisoner in turn has it put to his neck, afterwards collapsing in a heap on the ground.  Sylvia and the Brunette place the men in pods hanging beneath the helicopter and motion you to climb aboard with them.  Once inside the vehicle and strapped in, the woman in the pilot's seat turns around and motions to a set of headphones at your arm.  The rotors are getting fairly loud even as you put the headphones on, but they seem to efficiently cancel out the noise.  "Good morning.  I am Karla and the beautiful medic there is Svetlana; we will be your flight crew today.  Flight time is approximately eight minutes so sit back and relax."

Unless you are an expert, it might be hard to tell much about the helicopter, but everything looks clean and appears to be of top quality.  Assassination must pay well.

I do so, sitting back in the seat and closing my eye's.

To say that it's been a long day would be an understatement. I cast a detect enemy spell at as we lift off, order my air spirit to protection duty and switch to astral long enough to check for astral entities nearby. If the mages in this hit squad wanted to track me, astrally is how they'd do it.

The astral is clear and your check for enemies detects none in the area of effect.  It has been a long and difficult day........................................

A gentle movement of your arm brings you awake and you see Sylvia looking at you.  "Hey, we're here.  We have off-loaded the prisoners and they are rooming in the cells.  We have disabled all of their devices that might be tracked and they are surrounded by enough noise that no one should be able to find them.  Our protocol is to give them some time to stew and begin questioning them in a bit.  How about a nice shower and a nicer bed?"

"As long as that bed comes with company, I suppose I could be-" I yawn and drift back towards sleep before shaking myself and looking around. It's likely to make my new 'allies' feel better that I was asleep on their craft, but it makes me feel a fresh new wave of vulnerable. Their are dozens of things they could have done while I was out, none of which I'd be likely to notice until it is entirely too late.
