Pixie are super special snowflake cheesy builds. Here you are warned but I suppose that your GM had allowed you to build it so it won't be a problem. You can go for a Gnome or a Dwarf if your GM allow you to do the same for a less cheesy build and to avoid the annoying Uneducated Negative Quality.
First thing I would put C in Metatype. Edge is cool but Pixie start at 2 anyway and it is fairly easy to raise. I would go for A - Resources, B - Skills, C - Metatype, D - Attributes, E - Magic. There is plenty of useful skills you want to pick and physical attributes can stay fairly low since you are always hidden.
For Attribute you need LOG to aim when jumped in and REA or INT to pilot. RAW says its REA that is used for piloting but logically it should be INT since you are not in your body while jumped in, see with your GM which one he uses. I will assume that he use RAW so I would put :
BOD | AGI | REA | STR | CHA | INT | LOG | WIL |
1 | 3 | 8 | 1 | 3 | 5 | 6 | 5 |
If your GM use INT remove everything from REA and raise INT to the max and some WIL and BOD.
For skills you need Sneaking (spy drones are strong), Electronic Warfare (useful to reduce noise and can be used instead of Perception with sensors), Gunnery, Pilot Ground Craft, Pilot Aircraft (for spy drone at least). Because Pixie are uneducated Electronic Warfare will cost twice the normal skill points so you have used all your skill points. If your GM feels generous he might allow you to take it at the normal cost or through the Cracking Skill Group. For your 5 Skill group put it all in Engineering (once again it is up to your GM to allow it because of uneducated).
For equipment most of your Nuyen will go into Drones, Control Rig and your Riger Command Console. You can also take some Reaction Enhancers (if you use REA to pilot) and/or Cerebral Booster. Reflex Recorder should also work if you use REA to pilot.
