Well, I didn't really WANT to get felt up but I assumed you would want to pat me down and I figured I might as well enjoy myself.  I've got plans tonight, but maybe another time, I'll keep you in mind.  I imagine I'll be seeing you around.

I walk in like business as usual.  I've been dealing with gangs quite a while not much they do phases me anymore.  I nod at Jess as he leaves.  I lay out a handful of hits of cram and take a seat, cross my legs and lean back in the chair..

Did you want to finish up first, you seem to be enjoying yourself.  I'd hate to interrupt.  Seeing that he isn't interested in waiting to hear the offer I shrug and continue.  That...is pharmaceutical grade cram.  I have bliss and eX too.  I would like to supply you with these at wholesale prices and let you distribute them to your more discerning clients who might be interested and can afford higher quality drugs.  I would sell to you in bulk at 80% of street value and you have your people distribute and you keep the 20% or more if you want to mark up the prices a bit.

The samples are free of course as enticement to do business with me and to let you sample the quality of the product.  Jess has samples he said he was going to test.  I don't know how but I can assure you this is top shelf stuff.

The man leans back in his chair and lifts a hand as he grunts and wheezes for a few seconds.  He pats the girl's head and she stands up, wiping at her chin before nodding at you and leaving the room.  There is an obvious sound of a zipper and the man swivels his chair to face you, putting his hands on the desk and smiling.  "Well, I could maybe be talked into something, depending on the quality of your goods and  if we can reach a fair distribution of profits."  He emphasizes the word "fair".  "So happens I do have some rollers that might be interested in some quality merchandise.  Have to wait on any deal until I get the stuff evaluated, but what is your idea of bulk?  And I think a cut of 70/30 is better."

Well that's why I brought the samples, to let you evaluate.  80/20 is pretty standard and I haven't had any complaints.  If you can move more than 200 doses a day I could be convinced to go up to 75/25 though.  I figured 100 doses to start, or more if you think you can move it.  I didn't come here to rip you off my initial offer is quite fair.

"I am not too sure how fair your deal is.  You may be a hot shot cook, but we are taking all the risks of distributing the stuff.  And just how many fraggers do you think are onto this stuff?  200 doses a day is a lot of junk and it could saturate the market in this area quite quickly.  I am willing to go to 75/25, but only if you can throw in a bit of personal service."

Holding my last spell for so long I find it easier to concentrate on the spell while splitting my attention.  I think I could probably keep a stronger one going now.  I will have to test this later. 

What risks?  This is the barrens you own the streets.  If anything this is an extra revenue stream that you can use to better equip your soldiers and solidify your position here.

What sort of personal service did you have in mind.

The man laughs.  "I know that you are smarter than that, so do not play games with me.  I control a neighborhood, not the entire district.  I would like to control the district, but that would mean convincing a lot of gangers that I am stronger than the other bosses.  Or I could always just kill them, but that gets messy and complicated and the KE Jackboots take a dim view of that sort of thing.  My risk is in pushing the product into areas outside my immediate neighborhood.  I am willing to risk my soldier's lives, but not for only 20%.  I will go as low as 25% if you take your clothes of and let me slot you right here.  Otherwise it is 30%.  Come on, when have you had a more lucrative few minutes on your back?  A bit of sex for 5% is a good deal.  And it helps build a bond between us."

I laugh.  I'm not asking you to expand your influence.  I figured your boys might enjoy it or your more well-off neighbors.  You aren't risking anything you aren't already risking now you are just upgrading the quality of your merchandise.  My product could allow you to expand your influence but that has nothing to do with the deal.  If you want me to get you off I can do that but I have a better way than sex.    I cast euphoria on him.

The man shakes his head and smiles, obviously pleased by the sensations affecting him through your spell.  He stands up and you can see that he had removed his pants for the ministrations of the blonde and has not put them back on, leaving his rather obvious arousal plain for you to see.  "I do like how you work and your arguments are a bit compelling.  Tell you what; if you come over here and let me do you against the desk, you got a deal for your 80%.  Perhaps we can renegotiate the deal as we become better friends."

Is that what you want?  I say, standing languidly.  I stride over to him and push him into a sitting position on his desk, straddle a leg and whisper in his ear, Just get your rocks off?

I lean over him and push him onto his back with my strong arm bringing my knee up to grind slowly into his groin not too hard but not too soft either.  Before he realizes it I've taken all his leverage and have him pinned against his desk. That's not how this works.  People line up to please me.  I am offering to let you in on the ground floor of a good deal.

My knee works him faster, his struggles futile even if they weren't half-assed as the pleasure rises up in him and my other hand twists a nipple through his shirt.  I whisper one last thing as he explodes against my leg.  Take it or leave it.  But I'm not your fucking whore.

I drop the euphoria and walk around behind his desk to find his pants and use them to clean my leathers, leaving him breathless on the desk.

The gang boss is barely able to speak as you finish, but manages to croak out a few words.  "Holy drek!  You are some woman.  I like your style, but would have preferred a slightly different ending to this first time.  Perhaps we can do something a bit differently next time.  Alright, I will take your 20% for now and see if I want to negotiate that later.  When can I get delivery of the first batch?"

I can have you set up tomorrow.  What do you want and how much of it?  With a grimace I drop his soiled pants on the floor.

"Set that up with Jess.  I.....I will leave that part of it up to him."  He licks his lips as he stares at you, as if he is mentally undressing you and imagining what you look like naked.  This was......different.  You should consider doing a bit more next time, but this was a good start to our relationship."

[Ennui]

Sure, I'll set that up with him then.  I go to leave as Jess is returning and he escorts me back to my people and places his order.  I return my sword to its rightful place and get on my bike before turning to Jess.  Your boss is an idiot, why does a man like you follow a fool like that?

Jess gives you a slight smile.  "Yes, he is an idiot, but it serves my purposes right now to do as I do.  Are you making a better offer?"

I might another time.  I always keep my eyes open for talent.

After a shower and a change of clothes I restock and we head to the opposite side of the territory to talk to gang number two using the same process as the first one.
