To his dismay, Frank found the front door locked with an old school door lock.

Muttering some profanities to himself, Frank, pissed off, looks around to see if somebody around could see him work on the locks. No one in particular, but still need to be sneaky about it. Still need to check for camera, switching to AR, and sharing the feed with Waywalker, he start looking for any device that could keep a track of him..

Frank has no locksmith but an Ares Predator with a silencer - can he just shoot the lock ? Of course before doing so, he will do a perception test to be sure there is nobody just behind the door (unless the feed from Waywalker can tell him that)

Franck try to be discreet: 10d6t5 5
Matrix Perception to spot cameras (or whatnot): 10d6t5 4

(and if the shoot the door lock plan appears reasonnable, here is the perception test, to ensure Frank can not hear anything behind the door:)

There was no-one around to see him and no camera or camera icon that he could see. The lock seemed sturdy, but a few shots from an Ares Predator would probably be able to shatter the bolt. The negative of this solutions would be that the occupants certainly would be alerted to the destruction of the lock, if not to the shots themselves - not to mention that there was no way to obfuscate his entrance afterwards.

You don't notice anyone else inside, no surveillance and no other security.
The lock is massive so you are dealing with Armor 6 Structure 10 (Total) to get the door open (So you need to deal 10 damage vs a soak pool of 16)
The destruction part will certainly be heard inside the rather silent structure of the museum - especially since the doors inside are all open.

@Jack_Trade OK, thanks for the reality check - I'm going to pause for the day, and let the other play (or comment) - indeed, I'm a bit tired, and I think it is starting to see if my cognition process...

"Drek hit the fan. Maybe I was too arrogant, or I'm out of my luck today..."
Waywalker swiftly sent a message to his RCC and then switched to AR and rebooted.
"I hope she ignored the warning from her commlink... at least I have a drone on site."
Waywalker ordered his drone to stay there and hide, so it could continue to provide feed to his chummers.

I reboot my deck.

The girl finished her drawings and took a step back to examine her work. She looked critically and got back on her knees to redo two sections. When she was satisfied she sighed, put away the chalk in her bag, dusted herself off and turned to leave. Waywalker and Frank both heard her steps moving towards the exit, stopping, followed by the rustle of a key being drawn from a chain and inserted into the lock.

Hearing her coming, Frank bolt away from the door, but stay arounds, and sneak if any available shadows. He needs to both hidden, but with a decent line of sight to assense Giselle properly.

>>> Waywire, chance have it this would our target, right ?

Not waiting for the hacker confirmation, Franck prepare his move...

Just for your info: You can either pre-edge or post edge, but not both since you can spend only one point of edge per test.

The door opened and Eli stepped outside. She blinked for a moment while her eyes adjusted to the bright light of the lantern next to the door.
On the astral, Frank could make out the vivid and vibrant colored aura of an awakened. She was healthy, if a bit tired. Her emotions betrayed frustration, fear and desire all at once - one could also call it jealousy. Her handbag contained quite a large amount of reagents - some kind of powder most likely, since it had bled through at the seems. The girl had one active spell on her that most likely came from the school of detection.
Even more interesting was the Watcher hovering above her shoulder: It was the pale facsimile of Avascula, keeping always in close proximity to the girl.

She must have given a mental command through a trode net, because suddenly a small electro scooter drove up from the street by itself.

Frank switches his perception from astral as quickly as possible to not be noticied by the watcher spirit,  But what he saw makes him wonders : "No sign of blood magic on her, nor the Watcher ? Well, I never saw blood magic before, but I somehow I assumed I would be able to spot - if nothing else, thanks to my nature."

>>> Guys, no suprise, we got an awakened one here, but more to the point, she appears to be followed by Watcher from our target. This is not going to make any approach or contact easy. At least, not without notifying our mark. Waywalker, I'm going back to the van, but I assume you have eyes on her and her bike, so we can tail her for now...

Frank goes on but more to himself than anything else:

>>>Hum, this target is cautious. He has a secure facility, backed up by some local criminal, he has eyes on his assistant... It's not going to be easy to build a full-proof smash'n'grab. I also dislike the fact that we are no closer to the location of the blood samples... I guess we can just hpe that tailing the lady is going to somehow pan out... Well, and we still have to execute plan by Schöner on the boat - maybe this will give us something to work with...

@Jack_Spade: sorry I mispoke in my previous test on Assensing, I just roll with pre-edge, and rerolls the 6s.

"Don't worry Franck, I have more eyes than I can count!"
Waywalker's persona, now online, sent a command to his drone to shadow her by a distance, "Just like an harmless insect..."
The information from his drone helped him find a new target to trail.

I'm buying two resistance hits. You track the scooter
New Overwatchscore is 2

The girl drove at moderate speed towards the inner city of Cologne and stopped at a small soycaf bar. The spy drone soon got a stream of her, sitting outside on a table, drinking a tall soy latte and browsing AR news. It looked as if she was killing time.

>>> Guys, do you feel like me that she is either waiting for someone or have maybe made us and trying to gain sometime ? Let me sneak out of the van and try to assess her aura again, see if I can see her mood.

Frank goes out again of the van, hiding his ugly face with his hat, and wrapping his twisted body in his large coat. He gets as close as he needs to her, trying to not arose any suspision before assessing her aura again.

Jepp, no doubt. The girl was waiting for something: Her whole aura pulsed with impatience and jealousy. Whatever she was waiting for, she was not happy about it. There is frustration and anxiety plain as day on her face.

Suddenly, this all changes: She calms down and a trace of happiness returns to her - most likely because she is just answering a comm call.
Frank isn't close enough to understand her, but the fact that she is moving her lips at all to talk over DNI, makes it clear that she was very agitated.

Immediately afterwards, she shut off her commlink completely as well as all other electronics on her person.
Leaving her half finished drink behind, she got up and walked quickly away from the coffee bar. Turning around a corner she vanished from view - and from the visual sensors of the spy drone.
Frank had no problems seeing her - with his astral senses she is visible clearly - now with a freshly cast illusion spell around her.

"Merde !" Frank mutters to himself, before rushing to tail his target. "Darn, we really can't catch a break with this one... Hopefully, she will be too busy sustaining her spell to notifce me tailing her.

>>> Guys, she just cast an invisibility spells; but I still have eyes on her her. Waywalker maybe able to track her commlink, but if she shuts it down, we are screwed.
