No the host is at the farm. You can physically interfere with the traffic, e.g. jamming but in order to interact with the icon or observe wan/pan you need access to its host.

Öhm, I'm confused:
If both the drones and the RCC are inside the host we can't jam them by RAW. Actually they don't even need an antenna. As soon as you are in a host you no longer are subject to noise since you are considered direct connected to all of them.

It is OK.  This way, Simone can offer a place where Sovereign can sleep without being disturbed too much and she can get some work done while waiting for the others to do their recon stuff.  Of course, Sovereign might not want to sleep in a van, but he has not said yet.

Well, I do not like the direct connected it makes little sense for me that a device several kilometers away will have no noise. So for that specific host the rule does not apply, if anyone feels strongly about it I'll plan future encounters closer to RAW.

Jamming seems to me like something that effects the physical world, so it effects any signal that is exposed to it. Direct connection is not effected but anything wireless is effected by jamming. So I want jamming to effect anything in the area including multiple overlapping grids.

The building is not in a host, the RCC you are looking for is logically in the host but physically in the building. Kind of like we have VPN today.
