Continuing to resolve:

Initiative phase 2:
Soldier 1: 18 Fire spirit FA burst and misses (grazing hit)
Mage 14: casts a mana spell at spirit aided by Bound Spirit 1: 5 damage.
Drone 1: 13 suppressive fire at fire spirit -(spirit at -2 dice)
Soldier 2: 13 Fire FA burst at spirit, the spirit goes full defense.
Soldier 3: 13 Fire FA burst at spirit, misses.
Simone: 12 - swings axe 4 hits at soldier 4 soldier 4 parry's with his gun.
Spirit (Max): 12 0 (wound penalties + full defense)
Bound Spirit 1: 12 aid mage.
Drone 2: 11 fire FA burst at Irris, Irris goes full defense and the burst misses.
Irris 10 0 (full defense)
Drone 3: 10 - fires at Irris: Fire FA (simple) (-5 to defend): 10d6t5 4 (Simone is invisible).
Bound Spirit 2: 9 astral combat on spirit - hits with +1 hits (7 vs 6) 3 damage, Maxes spirit dissipates.
Bound Spirit 3: 9 materialize.
Soldier 4: 8 2 tackles Simone with stun baton (-6 penalty for blind fighting) Stun baton attack: 11d6t5 6 (accuracy limit is 5) damage is 9S -5.
Soldier 5: 7 Attacks Irris 4 hits (10P -2AP + net hits, -5 to defend)
Drone 4: 7 Attacks Irris: 2 hits (10P -2AP + net hits, -5 to defend)
Drone 5: 6 Attacks Irris 3 hits (10P -2AP + net hits, -5 to defend)
3 Max
2 Nyx
 Fire FA (simple) (-5 to defend): 15d6t5 4
Fire FA (simple) (-5 to defend): 2#10d6t5 2 3

So lets wrap it up:
1. Max's fire spirit is gone.
2. Irris need to dodge (3!) incoming attacks with -5 dice to defend (note that each additional attack reduces her pool by 1): 4 hits, 2 hits and 3 hits (10P -2AP)
3. Simone needs to dodge 5 hits (and defender wins in a tie) or suffer 9S -5 AP electricity damage (and electricity secondary effect if she is hit).

I am looking for actions from Max and Nyx to complete this 2nd combat phase.

Re-summoned another F8 Fire Spirit.  Same powers and everything with 3 services and no drain.

Also, how is Simone invisible?  I had a previous spirit concealing her and nearly the whole team but that ended a while ago when I dismissed him.

Fair enough - I thought that Maxwell cast invisibility on her as well this is why everyone is targeting Irris .

Might I ask OOC what are you trying to achieve?

 I mean I do not doubt that you can win this group of soldiers and drones, but they'll have reinforcements and so forth. The longer you stay out there with such high profile the more you'll need to fight. Note that you need to capture a single building not the entire farming cooperative (that has drones and patrols and so forth).

You will find it in a few minutes anyhow, it is just that events on the ground move in a second by second granularity due to the combat.

@Mercy let's just continue forward instead of undoing stuff.

By the way, Jack (or anyone else), is 'standing up an action?' if one is prone?

prone may stand up. If the character is wounded and attempting
to stand, he must succeed in a Body + Willpower
(2) Test to do so (wound modifiers apply to this test).

If you have the Kip Up MA technique you can combine getting up with a melee attack.

Okay: Soldier 4 stands up, and Soldier 5 jumps to protect him with a stun baton, Simone needs to dodge 5 hits (and attacker wins on tie). Damage is 9S -5 (no net hits).

Okay last but not least, I need a dodge roll from Simone and an action for Nyx.

@Gilga - Astral initiative for metahumans is calculated as Intuition X 2 + 3d6.  Meaning your mage is missing an initiative die.  Not that it will really matter at this point.  Pointing it out for when the second combat turn starts.

I must admit that this is a difficult encounter for me as my time at home (with books) is limited so I am doing my best to keep it up from memory.

Oh one last thing:

Wheely might want to roll initiative as he has a fire spirit in his car.
