The drive through Fort Lewis had been enjoyably quiet. Hardly any traffic on the roads to the restaurant. Once at the pizzeria, Maxwell orders two large supreme pizzas and slots the cashier 100Y. They wait for the better part of half an hour sitting at a booth before the food arrives. Maxwell grabs the boxes and thanks the server, both him and Wheely leave heading back to the car. The smell of real hot cheese and tomato sauce wafts around the car. Making it hard to concentrate with the delicious meals sitting in Maxwell's lap.
As expected, this mecca of machinery and robotics. The school had been retrofitted with defense turrets and even more roto-drones since the last time the mage and that useless surgeon had been there.
