Simone looks at the woman and nods.  "Come on round and I will open the back."  She goes to the rear doors and opens them for her new customer, letting her in and pointing to the chair next to hers at the desk.  "Let me look at it while you tell what this glitch is."

@Simone the lady says "Thanks, I am Samantha by the way, but everyone calls me Sam. The hand is responsive, but it is sometime too responsive, I want to grab a glass and end up breaking it. " She is wearing waitress uniform and has an attractive figure but you are quite certain that you have not seen her inside the casino.
(roll perception)

@Wheely The file is cracked, you wonder when can you afford an actual deck. The vast majority of shipments are eggs and they go all over the city. From the casino you just visited, to many restaurants and high end supermarkets.  You have the names of many of the clients and their order details, might be useful if one of the social ones is looking for an excuse to physically check out the place.

There are three pixie deliveries in the next three days, two of them are bought by a client named Michel Goodman with two different delivery addresses. The first goes to northern Redmond, a part of Redmond that is almost vacant as most of the residence escaped the unknown zombies. The second goes to Puyallup not very far from the farm. The third surprises you, it is registered to a small cooperation called "Future X genetics".  The Redmond delivery is this evening, the Puyallup delivery is tomorrow and the Future X delivery is the day after.

Simone looks closely at the woman then concentrates on the arm, picking up some tools to run some diagnostic tests.  Now, tell me what happens?  Is it only breaking things or are there any other symptoms?"

Perception:  Perception: 11d6t5 1  Crappy roll.  Use an edge point to roll misses.  Edge Reroll: 10d6t5 6  Much better.  I hope that 7 hits gives me something.

@Simone You seem to be better judging equipment than you are judging people.  The cyberarm is fine, it has a shock glove carefully concealed in it. What worries you is that its owner was not present in Seattle during the EMP. It is unlikely that the woman has problems with her cyberhand.  You also spot her trying to plant a micro camera, as you examine her hand.

She formed direct eye contact and said "It is just a bit too sensitive at times... make me break things."  and then she gently stroked Simon's hand with her synthetic fingers.

Simone examines the arm and finds nothing wrong with it, which sets off her warning signals.  Those are only increased when she spots the woman planting some sort of camera on the lip of the work bench.  She gives a sigh and reaches for a couple of tools.  "Hmmm.  Nothing stands out as obvious, but I can tweak these servos and that should do the trick for you.  Give me a minute and you will be better than new."  Simone puts her tools into the arm and uses the implanted connections that are always there so shut it off, including the shock glove, turning the entire arm into a paperweight.

She leaves one of the tools sticking up out of the arm and looks at the woman.  "Now, you have about four minutes to tell me what you are really here for or the arm will take a medical miracle to ever work again and that effect will be instantaneous if you try to remove my little tool there.  I have little enough to rob and my bedroom antics are so rare anymore that putting a camera in the van makes little sense.  So, why?  Why are you here?  And remember that the clock is ticking and you have a bit less than four minutes now.  The choice is yours entirely, but I would not squander your time in useless denials or protestations."

@Simone Sam looks directly in your eyes, she seem terrified "Okay... I was looking to slot you, I admit it.  You looked like you'd like that it in the casino they way you looked at that hostess...  I made an excuse to get your attention, horrible pickup line... I am so sorry. I did not mean much with the camera, I record everything I experience - it is for personal use really - there is no saying when something spectacular is going to happen.  Please... Do not trash my arm I really do need it for work. Things are not easy around here. " She says.

Simone looks at Sam's eyes and puts her hand on the tool she left sticking out of the cyberarm,  "Alright.  If you are telling the truth, that is a horrible pick up line.  I am inclined to believe you, but that is mostly because I am not smart enough to see all the bad things about people.  While I make up my mind, convince me a bit more by telling me three things.  First, how did you know what I do so since the van is not marked?  Second, If you are holding down a waitress position, how do you get a couple of hours away from work to have sex?  And third, Well, I suppose two is enough for now."

@Simone Sam looks into Simon's eyes and gently strokes Simon's hand, with her left flesh hand. Her hand is soft and warm. She then says "Do not worry about job security, I just finished my shift. I saw you entering the van and improvised from there. I am new in here and do not know many people, I wanted to say something to keep the conversation going."

As Wheely slots the datachip into the cyberdeck and starts hacking it from there, Maxwell wily remarks on the device's cost to Jack.  "Cyberdecks are pretty damn expensive.  More costly than a magical focus or a pouch full of radical reagents.  How'd you get it?"

Jack answered "Decks are expensive because they are not mass produced like commlinks, the fact that they are illegal for the shadows does not help.  About the magical stuff I honestly have no idea how it is priced.  "

Maxwell smirks.  "Legal with a license.  Fake or otherwise.  You didn't answer my question though."

Wheely disconnect his jack from the deck and join the two men "I got what we were looking for. Thanks again Jack."

@Maxwell, Wheely Jack said "That was quick, was happy to help. To Maxwell he said, "I have no idea why decks are so expensive..."

@Nyx, as you return from your room you find Simone talking to someone in the van, you have never seen her before.

@Kyos, Irris, Ayato You arrive safely to the bolt hole and the premitive guards look at you suspiciously thinking that your stay was way too quick for cyber surgery. They aim their bows at you as if they expect you to run amok and start slaughtering them.

[Noëmie "Nyx" d'Orville - January 12th, 2076 - Gates Casino, Bellevue, Seattle]

Noëmie raps on the side of the van "Hey, am I interrupting something?"
