I might play with switching resources and attributes, and use your funds to buy attribute increasing ware and stuff.

If using a whip, an alpha fingertip compartment is nice to try to keep it secret. Or even a synth hand with a compartment to be more secure. Tailored pheremones 3 will help with faceing. Used muscle toners 3. You can get more reaction enhancers. As mundane, you have essence to spare, dont worry about getting used ware to get higher rating ware.

Dont get an extreme addiction. Its going to make your play experience awful. And no one trusts an extreme addict face. (Addiction gives you notierity)

You dont need software. You have a lot of ways to kill people. Whip and one gun should be enough. You dont need unarmed them.i would but skill group into stealth. Max con and negotiation. You also need perception.

You have bad skills.

You don't need 3 ways to fight someone. I'd lose Unarmed. Gymnastics isn't very applicable either, and Perform is niche.

Software is USELESS if you're not decking, and even then it is basically ONLY useful with regard to Data Bombs. No point here AT ALL.

I'd move Resources to at least B. It will help you afford ware like Muscle Toner and Tailored Pheromones. You really don't need WIL 5 either and honestly I'd hard cap AGI and not CHA.
Playability > verisimilitude.

Yeah, drop unarmed and software, pick up Perception and use leftover points to max out your other skills or pick up specializations.

You don't need two fake SINs out of the gate usually.

You likely don't have Essence of 6 with your Cyberware.  Google Chummer 5a or Herolab.  I prefer Chummer, helps keep track of all the little things.

And personally I'd get Intuition to 5 and spend leftover Karma increasing your Edge.

You're a touch light on the Samurai side of things.  I'd see if you can squeeze in Used Reaction Enhancers 3, you can pick up Muscle Toner or Tailored Phermones down the road if you want.

It comes down to, you're trying to do two things.  Shadowrun Priority System only wants you to do one thing.  You're going to be a bit light on one or the other.  If you want to be more Shooty than Talky flip Resources and Skills and make some tough choices.  Or tweak what you have and be a slightly slower Samurai.

You can also drop body and willpower to 3, drop skills to C (or even D for more Edge) priority and pick A for resources. That will allow you to go for bioware heavy build. Your dicepools will go up in most areas.
If I were to build this character I'd pick these skills:
Acting or Athletics or Stealth skill group 2
Negotiation 6
Exotic Melee 6
Perception 6
Automatics 4
Con or Gymnastics or Sneaking 4 (depends on the skill group choice above).
Any other skill 2.

Also Severe Addiction is a scary negative. You risk losing your character real soon.

Gymnastics is a solid skill for any character doing melee combat, and I say it's practically mandatory for Physical Adepts and Street Sams.
As a Street Sam, your job isn't to just stand and shoot (due to how Accuracy works, anyone can do that). Tap into that great Physical Limit and move/shoot/stab as the situation allows. Justify bootstrapping your stats via 'ware.
Otherwise, just play a standard clutch-sniper Face.

-Reduce Unarmed to 1, take Blocking. This is a favorite 2 point token drop of mine for a number of reasons. You're using a monowhip which is fantastic on the offense, and terrible on the defense (you must run it wireless to avoid the potential backlash effect). Unarmed lets you use an off hand to block (get Forearm Guards) in the event some goon grows a brain and closes to your minimum range too quickly. (Gun-kata is another option, but only if you use 1 handed firearms)
Another reason: I've encountered situations where I'm disarmed as part of a run requirement, and while a concealed monowhip rocks in that scenario it also makes a helluva bigger mess than just punching a dude.
Vs Armed combatants (naughty GM!), lethal force is definitely in order and the whip delivers in full. But when you're doing your "Face thing" at a dinner party or corporate gala you want the option to Subdue. With good augmented STR, you can manage that just fine with 1 Unarmed and no requirement for smuggling anything but your meatbod in. Plus, it's cheap to build on with Karma later.

-I'd normally suggest Software -> Computer, as Computer is a very useful skill for a Face (Teamwork/Leadership tests on Matrix Search tests is better than just having your decker do it) but only for dedicated Faces due to their probable superior mental attributes. You're a Street Sam, meaning you're leaning on PHYSICAL attributes more than Mental.

"Splash" Face characters (Samurai and Shamans, mainly) IMO should stick to what they need for their other archetype first, and Street Sams need ALL THE NUYEN. Resources B works well enough, but being able to put real cash down for quality Bioware at Chargen saves Essence NOW and actually allows for upgrades later. I suggest swapping to Resources A.
