Hello chummers !

I'm in the process of doing a decker/drone rigger. I tried to be not to spreaded between everything, in order to stay decent in hacking.

Some remarks :
- 8 karma remaining (bought Agi 2, engineering skill group 1, and hardware 1)
- the 5 points in skill group went to Cracking
- a first priority purchase will be some muscle toner or muscle replacement, to boost Agi a little bit more
- the realistic feature on the fly-spy and Kanmushi are to transform them as ear appendice. You can think of D.Va ears, that could be removed to become small infiltration drones.

Looks very decent, especially for a jumped in version.

Minor optimization would be to get medium lifesstyle and garage fees from Run and Gun?  That would cost you less and get a mechanic contact for facility repairs as needed.

May want to consider tightening the scout aspect for drones.  Ground and air at 4/6 is usually enough typically.

This is a preference but I like using cyber limbs with nano hive storage hard and control rig boost nantes x2.  Takes only 2 capacity and you can fit in other stuff.  I'd probably drop the eyes, but that's me, also drop control rig boost geneware since they don't stack.

If you are going the walker route I like the trans maid from stolen souls recently, has pilot 4 for 8k nuyen which is quite a steal.

Also depending on how much you wanna go for the drone end, Ares Paladin, with body downgrade, gecko grips, small weapon mount and ares predator V is cheap and great cover.  The body downgrade is essential since by fluff it can rip up pavement otherwise and you don't wanna end up like clap trap.

I also like taking ranks in con if you can squeeze it in.  Sometimes you can sit in a public host as s decker or matrix guy and need to "lie" socially if you have a legitimate public mark or similar.

You may want more sneak ranks due to target lock defense.  Some GMS aren't good about it but this will mess you up quickly.

Even if you get a junk Rcc,  they can run autosofts which is the main way to get some "wide" skills like demolition,  performance  (acting), and random knowledge ones.  Maybe handy in downtime but not your main focus.

Narco augment is also handy, drugs are good, mainly psyche and cram or even red mesc.

Nice idea to get a cyberlimb with hard nanohive, unfortunately too expensive for my character (6kY cyberhand + 24kY nano hive + 12kY control rig opti 2) versus 4.6kY for the control rig optimization, for a mere 1 dice.

I like the ares paladin with body downgrade, will add it on my shopping list for after 2-3 runs (BTW, we will probably play the Ghost Cartels campaign).

Maid + RCC Scratch-Buit Junk + autosoft rating 6 = 12400Y for a 10DP. Another skill is an additional 3kY. Interesting indeed...

I changed the deck to a Little Hornet (with Attribute increase to get 6,5,1,1 in matrix array), and kept the Lockheed Optic-X2 to pilot/sensor 3, to buy rating 2 of the cerebral booster. Took some specializations. Matrix DP are now :
- Hacking 13 - Hack on the fly 15 - Hack on the fly on Host 17 - Hack on the fly on Host in VR 19
- Electronic Warfare 13 - Control device 15 (like messing with the vents of the elevators...)
- Computer 14 - Matrix Perception 16
