Uuuuh...  Where are his programs?  You have to purchase those with Nuyen - and if you don't have them, you cannot possibly use them.  You cannot perform a Matrix Action without the relevant program - can't break into systems without an Exploit program, for example.

It's also impossible to upgrade a metalink to response 6 and signal 6.  +2 to the base model is the most possible  You must start with a Hermes Ikon.  It's also also impossible to START with Response 6 and Signal 6 because those modules are availability 16 and you can't start with anything over avail 12.  Some of your other gear breaks this rule as well.  Your Skillwires are avail 20, the sniper rifle is 16F.  The term Active Soft also has no real meaning.  It's a blanket term, you have to purchase them by skill.  A single Active Soft R3 gives you ONE skill at rating 3.
