I'm not sure about the Spirits. Stryker isn't a summoner. A DP of 6 is only two above the usual spirit DP. But yes, I can Spirits well. I have enough practice from Mage: the Awakening.
As for Stryker's specialty, it should be combat magic (DP 13, proper Foci). But he has only Powerbolt. Maybe I'll invest in more spells?

I have commanding voice, but it didnt seem to work when I used it last, that and I havent had a chance (read need) to use my 'big boy' voice this mission.

Excellent idea, but you lack the local area knowledge (which in OOC means you didn't reach the target). Judging by the Grid you can find dozen of spots that could possibly make a good safehouse. Maybe someone else know one in the vicinity...

Okay, I'm checking out the possible safehouse location. If I find any kind of security, I'll check it out from a distance. And if spotted, by a Spirit, or Watcher, I'll ask it to fetch it's master, and have a chat with her. I don't hide the sword-focus, but it's still sheathed, and I try to look as non-threatening as possible.
Stryker doesn't want to make enemies here. And he'll go on great lengths to keep this from escalating. He doesn't want any bloodbaths anymore. And he's not comfortable with fighting women, even if they're experienced runners that wouldn't blink before wasting him...
