If this information is correct, and they really are near the park, this would significantly lower the treshold for searching for Belenkiy with spirits or by Grid (had you have the frequency).

b) go to HardPan (Black Cats club) - it is south-west from Commerce City in Sioux Sector, near the triple border with PCC and CAS - no crossings, distance is about 20 minutes
c) go to Adams County park (Black Cats last seen) - it is north-west from your current position, no crossings, distance about 10 minutes
