The impending big game reminds me of a campaign my old group was always going to run but never finished our old campaign.  We where going to be a group of runners bent on getting the Sea Hawks to the super bowl.   It has a lot of opportunity for a mini-campaign.  Figure out who you need to eliminate, threaten... what you can do on game days.. not to mention the money to be made from betting.    Anyone else have great ideas for games they never got to run/play?

As far as SR goes vanilla running always kept me happy. I concidered running a Deadlands Roaring 20's once but then remembered I'm lazy.

Couple of things, like a China game (possibly in Chinese) or an Amazonia game, but I really want to do a Jurassic Park game; cloned dinos, a theme park mixed with weapons R&D gone horribly wrong, and maybe finish with a cyberzombie T-Rex.  Heh, can you imagine velociraptors with a tacnet?

I wonder what it says about me that this kind of thing seems almost totally normal?

You know, I should try to run this.  I wonder if anyone here would be interested?  Of course, it'd be kinda hard to ask for design help without too many spoilers.
Is there a proceedure for that, or a way to gauge interest, or do I have to bite the bullet and create a game?

I can see doing this as a three or four part mini-campaign/module.
I do worry about railroading too much for this kinda thing.  And having opportunities for all character types.

In 2070, we've still got plenty of Open Spaces down under for that type of campaign. Although, you have to be pretty fast to outrun a mana storm....

Hell, if Deathstar 9(I think that was the pirate/snuf trid channel back in the 50's) is still around they may sponsor road warrior like contests in various barrens or toxic/Z zones.

Indeed, just like Desert Wars....plenty of mooks around willing to get shot at for money.

However, it's trickier finding the open space to launch vast quantities of ammunition while travelling at breakneck speed over thousands of K's of unused roadway...
