New release of Genesis just went up:

Genesis 4.0.0 released

Actually think they released 4.0.1 earlier today to fix a couple of bugs. I haven had a chance to check out the English version yet, but plan to dive into over the holidays.

Well...downloaded the tool and a reasonable Java-based interface. However, it seems to be missing the SR files...have reached out to the creator and hopefully will get sorted shortly.

Well...turns out that I jumped the gun somewhat. The English version of the SR data set likely won't be ready until Q1 2019...and somehow I've signed up to held add content when the dev get things set up.

Any idea when this will be released for sr5 english?
I'm tired of the slow pace of release for herolab. They are too many books behind for my money.

I don't think for a couple of month yet, TBH. If you need something more immediate, you might want to check out Chummer.

I love Chummer, but I don't want to go through the hoops of getting C# to work right on my pixelbook.

I haven’t heard much from the developer on this, though he did post some updates on FB not too long ago.
