You should look what programs would you need for riggers operations (Command, ECCM, Analyze, Encrypt etc...),

if you are going to take Aeronautics and Auto Mechanic 3 you may as well find the 6 BP needed to make that into Mechanic Skillgroup 3, or even drop it to 2 for 20 total, saves 4 BP, and use that 4 BP on gear to get PuShED from Augmentation (+1 to all logic skills).  Probably want a Hardware skill at least equal to your Locksmith skill, if not greater.  No one uses actual locks nowadays.  Computer and Data Search are handy so you may want to go with Electronics Group 1 or 2 (or more).

Tell me, just using the Core book?  I only ask because all the drones and vehicles are from SR4(A) and none from Arsenal.  If you're going to be a rigger I suggest giving Arsenal at the very least a look, and Augmentation a strong glance too.

Arsenal will have a lot more drones and upgrades and modifications for them.  Also, all the ones you've listed have standard upgrades on them, Arsenal p106.  Freebies that come wit it.

I suspect you'd like to be able to fight with a few of those drones.  Well, right now they can't do much in a fight besides be a distraction or ram into things, or be an expensive target.  You need to buy them some weapon mounts if they don't have them standard and you need to get them some weapons.  Drones are very nice with some of the larger weapons since they either 1) negate recoil entirely  or 2) optional rule that a drone reduces recoil by it's Body (this one is the fair one IMOP)  depending on how your GM rules.

Never played a rigger or even seen that much action with one, but it seems to me like those drones, except for the Ares Dragon, seem very underprotected.
Couldn't they easily be manipulated by hackers and/or enemy riggers?
