Hmmm, I think you're trying to take on too wide a scope for a starting Phys Ad.
I'd recommend choosing one ability and really pumping it so that you're awesome at something, then slowly adding on as required.
A) Improved senses are a must. If starting Human, then the standard Low-Light, Thermo, Flash Comp, Sound dampening just sorts out your standard Vision mods, and protects you from those annoying Flash-bangs and Shellshock. However, that's 1 point spent already
B) Improved Reflexes. DeadPool/Taskmaster are bloody quick, so spending the 2.5 magic on L2 (+2 Reaction and +2 IP) seems the best bet.
C) Start getting picky with how you want your character to work. Are you starting as a social/smartass, or is that going to follow-on later? Depending on a magic rating of 5-6, you only have 1.5-2.5 left to spend, so it all depends on how you want to roll

I noticed you're ignoring the Killing hands/Critical strike options. Deadpool is infamous for his pure unarmed strikes (especially with surprise!) so I'm wondering is this deliberate?
Personally to mimic my all-time-favourite Mercenary, I'd spend my remaining points on a combination of: Combat reflexes (for dodging bullets, fists or general surprises) Improved ability (Gymnastics), Freefall
I want to make sure that he can walk way from the ridiculous falls, hails of bullets and general beatings he is normally subjected to.
- With a rank (or 5) of Combat Reflexes, he can dodge a go-go.
- Add some Gymnastics skill (Tumbling specialisation if you can get it) and suddenly you have a full defense interrupt option - that is hard to shoot, and even harder to punch
- A rank of two of Freefall, and suddenly falling off a multi-storey building (either being pushed, falling while drunk, or just for a laugh) is now a valid option
Then later, build on these powers according to both your game requirements and your favourite Deadpool abilities.
Seriously, the boy's so good you're going to need 10 ranks of initiation and a Magic rating at 13 to really mimic him. Just gotta start small
