I`m not much comfortable with the idea we will all travel together at the same time, same boat, same vehicle...looks like all-in bet before we even know the game....

Rock, I've been meaning to ask you exactly how big this island is and the extent of the facilities on it. Is it just a hotel and themepark sort of place or ar we looking at a full on resort town? Seems like it would take quite a bit of space to house all the staff, plus have medical facilities and such.

Well, having more than one cover story can be handy, if one of them is compromised.

It's a big island, say...like a bigger Saint Croix, around 250 km², stretched out somewhat, in the pattern of a volcanic island.  There are baby islands and an atoll around.  There's a volcano, of course.
It's largely undeveloped, and the majority of the facilities are still under construction, but it is open for business.  At the moment it's mostly a hotel, museum/gift shop, but it's eventually planned to be a resort town.
There used to be a small local population, but they've been largely displaced or hired onto the project.

Actually...prefab techniques of the 2070s are such that construction is extremely rapid, right?  There's your window; after open for business, but before everything is completed and sorted, while they're still working the huge bugs out.  And solving problems and developing efficient procedures.
