Sounds like something experienced people wouldn't just leave to the young and less experienced kids to decide for themselves...
Even if we take our OOC talks as partly IC too, there's still decisions to be made.

As for the lag; while I certainly wouldn't complain if the pace went up a bit; WE're the ones controlling the IC pace for the moment, Rock can't really do anything before we decide what to do. Going too slow? Then say or do something!
