Man, I'd forgotten about Google Labs; they have a measuring stick.
According to that, it's 4315.56 km to Honolulu; Expedia says it's $700, Shadowrun says the semi-ballistic/suborbital is ¥2150, and the regular air should be ¥432...but you're not buying in far advance, so call it ¥700 and ¥2500. Per person. The standard air gets there in six hours, say the suborbital gets you there in three.
The smugglers can get you there...depends on what you're looking for. For ¥2000, El Cheapo boat smugglers will get you there in about four days. If you want to shop up a bit, slightly more professional smugglers can get you there in two days for ¥4000. Your MET2000 contact can find you a T-Bird pilot who can get you to Honolulu in about two and a half hours, for fifteen grand.
It's about as far again to get to island itself. By helicopter, it'll be about ten hours and another ¥1250 each.
For the smugglers, direct will cost you ¥4000/7000/25000.
This is all one way, by the way.
The smugglers do bargain, may accept payment in kind, and may be able to provide backup if you pay through the nose and other orifices.
...I think I've memorized the Unicode for the ¥...that's kind of sad.
