6e Matrix: resetting OS

As I go through the Matrix section, I don't seem to see anything about resetting your OS.  In 5 it was explicit that you had to reboot.  Is that still true here, and a change blindness item, or is it omitted on purpose so the GM can decide?  Or am I the one with a blindness issue?  :D

you're not blind.  the intent should be the same as it was in 5e: a reboot clears and resets OS.
