"No, we haven't met, and, I suppose, based on the direction of your walk, that's something for another day. Maybe, when you're not too busy to enjoy yourself. I'll make sure you get something enchanting. So long, juggler."
Dizzy turns back to the bouncer.
"They all such stiffs back there? I thought this place was supposed to be fun? Only one I seen having a good time was that guy doing backflips on the dance floor, and it looks like he disappeared some time while I was waiting around." She drops her back against the wall on the opposite side of the rope from the bouncer. "It's like I can't find a place where people live with the kind of urgency I grew up with - Where half the kids in your hood never make it to their teens. I been knifed, raped by guards, and kicked the shit out of more times that I want to say, but these people wanna see me get drunk and wild before I'm good enough for their little fraternity? I get wild, I will break a dude's jaw. Then it's just more work for you. I'd rather skip it, yeah? You seem more interesting than any of them. Maybe I'll see you later, after I wash the taste of douche out of my mouth."
With that parting word, Dizzy pushed off the wall and walked towards the door.
