ROFL, it is all good.  I am attempting to tease you all.  That and get more of the women here to chime in.  You guys need to hear from us so we can lul you into a sense of security.  As for the saying.  I am part of a group called the society for creative anachronism.  And in that organization I get to be a combat archer with a cross bow and actually shoot people.  It is fun.  It is even more fun when you realize you get to kill people and then they get up and walk away to come back and try again.

Ah but FastJack, that means the women doing the wiling is doing it all wrong.  If she does it right the guys don't even know it is happening.  I think my favorite moment was at Gen Con last year.  I was in the scramble in costume for Kali.  Long black hair wig, black basically leather outfit and nice Indian accents.  After the live action portion I sat back down at my table with our team.  Looked at them and asked if they minded if I took the wig off.  It was hot in the room with it on. They said go for it so I did.  And from across the room there came a shocked cry of "she's blond???"

At which point our whole table lost it.

I was teaching in a middle school classroom one day when one of the girls called her brunette friend so blond.  I kinda just gave her a look, and she replied to me, Blond isn't a hair color any more it is a state of mind. . . .
