Can a PhysAd under the effects of a shapechange spell still use things like killing hands and astral perception?
Could a PhysAd be a bear and rip into an elemental?

Shapechange does not exist for 6th edtion (yet), are we talking about 5th edition?

Since a magician can cast spells i think it is pretty safe to assume that an adept may use their innate power abilities as well.
