You're not Asian. So you'd need a intuition + perception (4) test to be sure. (The target is ridiculusly high I know, but I have once seen a picture of twelve asians and I wasn't able to recognise any of the following: which of them were girls, which of them were sleepy, which of them were family. It's damn difficult to be sure. (I can dig out the picture if you wan't it's quite funny actually)

However for Mata the matter is easy, and he'll be able to share the knowledge with you anyway, so we'll skip the roll. They're rather not related, or at least not look like. Though with mixed blood (Caucasian and Asian) the result can be non-recognizable.

A couple of things no Wilco is not carrying the machine gun. Other than eating utensils he's unarmed. Next Wilco is not comfortable with the set up. He is professional though, and he understands the shadows. There are however, lines he won't cross.
