First one:
If Sent allows me to use a Quick Draw action (Complex off course) for my sword, I'll try to take out the last ganger nearby (no. 1) at the same time using him as cover and in the following IP I'll try to take out whoever is left with a Manabolt. Since it's a spell that just needs LoS, and is not targeted, their cover won't be a problem.

How so? I thought that after reaction there is 4P + 1 -> Converted to damage value 5S
This is converted BEFORE damage resistance
Damage resistance 4 -> 1S left

Every hit I score on my Defense roll is substracted from the enemy's attack roll. If he gets 2 hits on attack, and I get 1 hit on defense, his hits are reduced to 1 net hit which is enough only to score a shot with no bonus damage. So when I score 4 hits on Damage Resistance, the damage is shrugged off entirely.
In short - the first net hit is 'used up' to make a successful attack. Damage increases with the second, and next hits.

Move to dead ganger Lieutenant and take SMG, Ammo, And other things that may be of use. Not sure how long this would take but it shouldn't be that long.
