Anyone got any suggestions for a corps that do experiments on changelings?  I'm sure most, if not all, of them do, but I'm looking for the best candidates for the especially unseemly kinds of experiments.  Shiawase, Evo, and Proteus are the first ones that come to my mind.

I'm warming up for a reboot campaign of sorts and creating some stories, plot points, and hurdles for each of the characters.  One of them is a changeling that I want to horrify the crap out of.  ;D

Why Evo?
From what i can remember their one of the most changeling(and meta and sapient critter) friendly corps in the setting.

Because it always seemed like a front to me.  A pretty facade they put up to deflect suspicion away from their dark little secrets.  I could be wrong.  But I doubt it.

Yakshima (sp?) the very racist Japanacorp. Trying to find a "cure". It's cliche but, eh.
SK cause they can really. Maybe the Big L is curious about why it happened.
Aztech to see if they can be more powerful bllod spirits and they are ebil like the debil.
Ares they seem to experiment on everything. Maybe making Changling bug hybrids.

Direct corp, not likely.  With Buttercup and an Ork CEO, not likely at all.

Subsidiaries, on the other hand...

Yeah, because people never do terrible things to those in the same boat (so to speak).  Or use propaganda and a crafted image to hide their dirty little secrets and hobbies.  Or sacrifice ethics for profit.

God I'm cynical.  :D

But I see your point.  And that could be a decent idea to go with: some evil little subsidiary.  Hell, they don't even have to be rogue or anything.  Evo could just cut them loose to save its image.

Fixed my tag error.

Well, the point is, Evo isn't AZT.  They have public shareholders and so on that have to deal with fallout about such things.  OK, one is a free spirit that only Dunkie was ever able to force to do anything, but still...

A subsidiary is most likely if you want it to be Evo.  Remember, if a Corporation were a person (Like the legal definition of a Corporation is), it would be diagnosed as having Dissociative Identity Disorder and suffering from Sociopathic Tendencies (If not a full-blown Sociopath!) and Schizophrenia.  And that's a "Good" Corporation.  I'm just saying that it's not likely being done by the CEO or Buttercup, but any of the other board members, well, they have their own agendas, n'est-ce pas?

Oh I know.  And I'm not likely going to go with Evo anyway.  I was just sort of letting the evil little cogs turn.

The Japanacorps are most likely to be doing research like that.  Ares might in some places in the world (Probably Africa.).  Horizon might have something going, they are WAY too clean, something is really up with them (And it's worse for "mental disorders as a person might have" than other Megas!).  AZT is less likely, as that would take time out from the chest ripping blood sacrifices to sate they hungry gods.  Wuxing, maybe.

AA-Corps might have things going on as well.  Don't forget, they're extraterritorial as well.  Certainly Lone Star will be pleased to have "Volunteers" ready in their prisons for experiments, as their prisoners are property of the Corporation.

Wuxing sounds promising, if only because they don't get a lot of limelight.   Really any corp could have a rogue board element with a changeling son or daughter and is doing experimentations to find a "cure".  For a switch up you could have Wuxing doing the research into using Changelings for Blood Magic, with plans on either selling the research to AZT or looking to curry favor with AZT for some reason.
