I just want to say sorry for not posting but my character at the moment isn't doing anything and I've been sick. Also when Calico was scouting around where there any buildings where she could set up to watch the compound. The distance doesn't really matter with vision enhancement but the closer the better.

Oh and Calico calls Rick about getting some Gel Rounds.

small amounts (ie. up to ten clips) can be delivered within 2 hours, delivery 100 yen extra - greater amounts within 24h

The best observation points are:
1. the soy oil tank in the factory nearby (higher ground, good view)
2. bus station (close to the fence, goo observation point for incoming and outcoming trasnports)
3. lake (no trespassing trees, but easy to spot, lack of escape route, and the fence will still obstruct the view)

How easy would it be to get on the oil tanker and what kind of cover is there on it.

To get there would mean to beat their local security on their own - but since you just want to enter and do nothing that might raise an alarm, it might be fairly easy. There would be no cover over it, but it is the tallest building around, as long as you'll lay low, you'll be pretty much hidden., you can cover yourself with an aluminium painted coat to cover yourself from the flying surveliance drones (hiding against both visual and thermal)
