Something that's possible:

To intercept the supplier truck driver, had him interrogated (by the forceful means or by stealthier means- Fractal may try to meet the man in a more social situation or we may try to kidnap him. This way, we have a truck... probably a truck that will send some guards after us, but a truck), discover some inside info and cutting their supplies. Any idea of how? I have thought of something, but it's so crazy that it's bound to fail...

Which is not saying that I'm not going to say.

Let's suppose they receive their supplies at the same moment all the days. We could try to intercept the before next day arrival at RMD (I imagine Omar driving by it's side while Fractal tries to convince via window or via wireless that he can sense the driver is about to SURGE and needs to stop so they can help them...). Then it's all aboard the truck, we could sabotage the materials even before they arrive, and once inside could do some disrupting there...

We could just make a home visit to one of our ID holders and interrogate him after he had an 8 h sleep, wake him up, get the information, let him have a smoke of Laes, when he is out from the laes tuck back in the Bed and he will forget the last 12-body [or something like that] hours, depends what we use. Anyway he will have forgotten the rude awakening, so that even Magic will not get him remember us getting the Intel.

May I suggest doing this a secondary action? after the first the infiltration would be difficult, so hitting outside the facility would be easier

No idea about the console, but yes, stealing the truck (well, borrowing it, at least) crossed my mind. I think it's possible, but highly risky. Still, most of our bets are dangerous ones, so...

There are same small suspicions looking rooms, my bet is on Building B the small office one right at the enterence, but as the map is not as good will know more later, bet we could use the laes to get some info out of someone, i guess i will have some

Act I - infiltrate
1. perimeter over watch - Omar in the car nearby, communication jamming/spoofing, Riker in astral
2. Sam will go inside shwoing the way for Cursor (for close matrix calls) and Calico (in case of troubles)
- primary target - security console - block B, small compartment, get in, remove guards, block the panic buttons
- secondary target - implant bugs to gain matrix entrance on the second mission
- third target - physical damage/destruction/theft
3. Sam leads the team out
4. in case anything go wrong the gang will provide distraction for the incoming PuebSec forces.

Act II - delivery takeover
1. find the truck routes
2. stop / takeover vehicle (using gang as well?)
3. hide the loot/clear the truck

Act III - matrix diversion
1. using the entrnaces made already and using bugs placed in Act I
2. hack the assembly node and watch how the nuyens burn in chaos

I would like Fractal to Intercept and Interrogate a guard to give us the ground knowledge before we enter, we could help on that, preferably a gourd on a duty where he has not to make a Physical appearance in a longer period.
He can imitate the chackins, get the info out of the guy possibly with social means, give a laes as the forget i ever was here smoke.
Could use his family to make him talk. No killing thou, even if my char is no Pacifist, he would not support that.
if we had one more day we could have done it 100% clean style, but that should do as well

Levitate, or jump over from a nearby building if possible,
if not second gate far end Maglock cracking or lockpicking our way in.

[I am for blowing it up in the first infiltration if they discover the bugs we are screwed, so I would end it there, leaving the bugs just in case they recover very fast.]
