sorry, but just my thought's, I would like to have all the help inside, i would even go as far as to get me + 4 man squad to take the whole place, destroy the whole security archive, and wipe all memories of Fractal, but it looks we want to do it the sneaky way.
Actually, you never said you want to do it sneaky way, only make sure no one get hurt lethaly. This are difficult, but this are not exactly opposite goals.
true, a spec op mission would have been the ideal idea for me, Swat team with non-lethal ammo + i would try to lure them into ambushes all the time. taking out com first priority, so the guard interrogation would need to yield the location of the centre!
but I am under the impression the team wants just go in plant some bugs and leave, there is no way we could steal something without getting someone knocked out.

OK. I like that summary that GM made for us, work on that...Money for Morphing license plate and 1xSpoof chip will go from my share. Now..Omart needs to get some sleep, hi is awake for more than 24 hours.
Sweet dreams, Omar :)

Good sleep, Omar!  when you rise, probably your morphing plate and spoof chips will be under the Christmas tree. With a note remembering you to open up and analyze the commlink Johnson gave us. Never trust a Mr. J..
Fractal will need some sleep before the mission also, since he had a difficult time sleeping before; but for now, let's advance some of the planning.

snip..
reference for work
plan forming continues:
Act I - infiltrate
1. perimeter over watch - Omar in the car nearby, communication jamming/spoofing, Ryker in astral
2. Sam will go inside shwoing the way for Cursor (for close matrix calls) and Calico (in case of troubles)
- primary target - security console - block B, small compartment, get in, remove guards, block the panic buttons
we need Intel on that, it could just be some working space or sothing, we are not sure of anything on the inside yet
- secondary target - implant bugs to gain matrix entrance on the second mission
- third target - physical damage/destruction/theft
3. Sam leads the team out
4. in case anything go wrong the gang will provide distraction for the incoming PuebSec forces.
if this happens, we would have blown our chance to do it stealthy, and would have to count our gains bye bye. not likly our next try would be even come close to a chance to be better than the first after increased security.

Act II - delivery takeover
1. find the truck routes
2. stop / takeover vehicle (using gang as well?)
3. hide the loot/clear the truck

unnecessary, we could just easy could rob the stuffer shack, as it is just the delivery that comes every night it would not be that important. if we keep robbing it then maybe, but there should be a more effective way to stop them from coming, but if it's more from the loot, then I am up for a bank job  ;D

Act III - matrix diversion
1. using the entrances made already and using bugs placed in Act I
2. hack the assembly node and watch how the nuyens burn in chaos

As easily we could just blow it up, would halt production for weeks until they replace it, if ever considering the small profit margin they are running.

Thoughts - follows a reference.

Plan forming
Act I - Infiltrate
1. Perimeter over watch - Omar and Fractal in the car nearby, communication jamming/spoofing, Ryker in astral
2. Sam will go inside showing the way for Cursor (for close matrix calls) and Calico (in case of troubles)
- primary target - security console
- secondary target - implant bugs to gain matrix entrance [not just on second mission, as since we gain it I may search where the security console is, and may act while you are still there]
- third target - physical damage/destruction/theft
- fourth target - plant false info in the nodes (security footage, blueprints, personnel reports; things that generate internal suspicion or wrong ideas in working procedures)
- fifth target - why not reprogramming the two security drones that we may find there (the ones Nissan sent to the facility) to create some more confusion, like make them destroy things so that everything may seem like a sabotage from Nissan itself? Just brainstorming (if not, they could be taken and sold, probably in pieces).

3. Sam leads the team out

Act II - delivery takeover
1. find the truck routes
2. stop / takeover vehicle (using gang as well?)
3. hide the loot/clear the truck

I agree in part with Sam. But still, impeding one day of supplies in a week long operation seem relatively good to me.

Act III - matrix diversion
1. using the entrances made already and using bugs placed in Act I
2. hack the assembly node and watch how the nuyens burn in chaos

Again, I agree with Sam. But, again, I would not discard the possibility of hacking it afterwards. There's too much about the mission we don't know about, and we still don't know about their "healing factor". Maybe they can relocate machinery from another facility to keep things running (improbable, but still possible). Let us go for destroying everything, but if time turns it too difficult, hacking will have to do.

Possible Act IV - Gang Support
1. Giving gangers a motive to target the facility in the following days of our operation (since it's even more difficulty to deal with two problems than with one) - A motive could be something planted inside during Act I or Act III;

Possible Act V - Information guerrilla
1. Passing the word that RMD is wormed with internal saboteurs (specially among potential costumers and shareholders);
2. Spamming Public misinformation ("Free Maria Mercurial Concert at RMD Facility, today at 9 PM")
3.  Spamming misinformation among RMD workers ("Due to sabotage suspicions, all operations are cancelled until further notice. Enjoy your free time with your family. Unless you are one of the filthy saboteurs: our dogs are chasing you right now, scum" - as an official communication to all workers!)
4. False Alarms - ("There's another bomb at the facility, and it will explode in two hours if ours request are not fulfilled." - any hate or terror group can sign it).

Theft, damage, destruction to inventory and equipment - do whatever it takes to disrupt their operation. Three constraints on that however. First. It is very important that structural damage to the buildings must be avoided. Further, the must be  no environmental damage to the land or ground water. Lastly lethal force against personnel during this operation is prohibited.

[not just on second mission, as since we gain it I may search where the security console is, and may act while you are still there]
- fourth target - plant false info in the nodes (security footage, blueprints, personnel reports; things that generate internal suspicion or wrong ideas in working procedures)
- fifth target - why not reprogramming the two security drones that we may find there (the ones Nissan sent to the facility) to create some more confusion, like make them destroy things so that everything may seem like a sabotage from Nissan itself? Just brainstorming (if not, they could be taken and sold, probably in pieces).
sweet, some nice thinking there  ;D

i never said it would be no use, just that I see no point on going for the truck, it's a small fish in comparison with things we could do and the risk is high, at least higher then because we can't control the environment we do this.
Again, I agree with Sam. But, again, I would not discard the possibility of hacking it afterwards. moving production lines, if that's no disruption I don't know what is except ruining the company.
nothing against hacking, just wanna take my chance to destroy it while we can. they can find your bug as simple as my explosives, but using them right away would be safe, I guess. If we are lucky the explosion could work as a smokescreen for hacking. while they are busy with looking at what happened.
Possible Act IV - Gang Support
1. Giving gangers a motive to target the facility in the following days of our operation (since it's even more difficulty to deal with two problems than with one) - A motive could be something planted inside during Act I or Act III;
Not a big Gang idea fan, sorry
Possible Act V - Information guerrilla
1. Passing the word that RMD is wormed with internal saboteurs (specially among potential costumers and shareholders);

That's a very good idea, we could start wit a simple message - something bad will happen if the workers in RMD do not get a 50% pay rise. ect. I see the management and workers turning on each other.

Good ideas all in all. many of this could be enough alone to do the job, but as we just have a vague understanding what J meant with disrupt, for how long. We would be advised to do as good as we can.

good thinking guys.

For the campaign I'd focus on two-three events. Planning ahead a move or two is good, the required changes will be manageable, but planning too far ahead would be just a waste of time.

the fourth target goes nicely with matrix havoc in Act Two - and gives you time to prepare them. same with fifth (maybe even Omar could take over them). The collateral could be enough to turn them upside down -> but for all of them you need to gain access to the security node first in Act I.

the information guerilla attack can go instead of truck take over or within matrix havoc act.

Now do you still want to go to see the gang leader or we move further?
Fractal, if you want to contact the RMD employee or the guard, make an IC post about it.

Sam, Omar, Cursor, Calico, Riker is there anything you want to know or want to do prior to the run?

I think the plan has formed enough, lets get rocking !
Sorry for a small delay ;)

I'm for not seeing the gang leaders right now. For me, the run must start; and just then we should make contact with them, if needed. I'm always for not using them during Act I.

yeah, not sure how many dice Fractal has on intimidation, con, persuasion, but i am doing just fine myself [9 dice+edge if I feel like it], so we could both do some Intel gathering me with capturing, intimidating getting the info and using laes to erase my presence in their memory, get fractal to imitate the voice of someone wife, kid, saying that fractal would kill them if he does not talk
and
Fractal could try to get the info the his polite way  ;D

that is to get the location of the Sec centre, this is our first priority, so it is my priority in Intel as well. i got my sleep, Cursor got his as well maybe He could look up the ID's we have on record to get some target, preferably guard off shift or a higher rank worker.
and i would need to borrow something more intimidating then a taser  ;D

Fractal is a social magi, so you can expect his dice pool to be really interesting: all of them are 12+, in some situations getting as high as 19 dice.

Intimidation is my worst case scenario, specially if done by distance, and still 12, without any edge. About the intimidation weapon issue, probably Calico could lend something (if she feels like it), and if the "victim" is not in a capable defensive position (tied or something like that) you could always lie that you have some really nasty poison to inject in it...

The highest ranking worker would be the RMD factory manager - you got his address already

I think that intimidation is our best bet, cuz we could get a lot of modifiers for that, and the info is not that sensitive to the victim, he is just an employee after all, and who would risk his family for the location of the sec centre
and after we are trough with him we just make him forget it all, maybe even drop him near a pub to explain his memory loss ;D

I don't know if intimidation is really our best bet. If we could find someone responsible for facility security and make him believe he is being evaluated for a better job (at RMD itself or elsewhere), but we must be sure he is really capable of having all the info about a facility in head during a time of need, we could get the same info (and I could benefit from Glamour - people have a need to trust me if I'm not violent... I'm adorable, what can I do?).

And if we are going to take info directly from Erik Fjordson? In this case, intimidation is our enemy. The guy is important - must have bodyguards, and once we approach him, all security will go red alert and our information will be outdated.

I still think our best bet is a friendly approach. A Judas approach, morelikely. The thing is that I think showing our teeth will not give us the best rewards.

Still, if we are lucky enough to intercept one of his food orders from Stuffer Shack, then we may go into his house easily, take the information, make calls calling him sick for the day and still do the operation.

Someone in for making a special client delivery promotion on the guy?
