We certainly have several velocities among the players. It is true that Chrona isn't active. JDA isn't very active but present.
But we had exams period (Both Chrona and JDA). It is over by now. Let see for another week if the situation improves before making permamnet changes to the players team.

I'll give Chrona an hour or so to react (we're in eurozone so he has a chance to respond) and NPC him if he won't for the databomb action.

I was planing this one to be timed 20 min, to give our hackers the time, did actually plan on asking them that. 
Thinking that it would be not necessary to cut power if they succeed, so as a precaution it's a solid one.

As far as i know we will need a lot of a bang if we want to destroy not only the assambly line but the crane and everyelse on the list you put togheter, and i am sorry for not taking may whole stash inside, it would really make a stealthi sneaking carriereing that much stuff

Me as well. The different solutions are to have me to npc players when they aren't active or to push the action assuming they do nothing.

So far I use the latter. First to give incentive to act - 'you don't act the entire team is penalized', secondary because I don't want to hear later on - 'I wouldn't have done so and so'. Sichr is opting for NPCing players more often.

The problem is the size of a team. I admit I am experimenting with this. Starting form the first run, I am increasing the number of players, and I have overdone this time. Six cases of RealLife aren't managable for me so that everyone would have fun. Next run will be reduced in size.

YOU are meant to be infiltrator, arent you? Get in, place explosives, get out without being seen, blow the exlplosives from safe distance. To cover your approach, we had hacked Security node and with more Matrix actions we will create more chaos in their logistics etc. That all.

then please tell me how to get to the assembly line while not using any of the Maglock doors?
tell me how would someone carrieing 20 KG of plastic explosives manage to infiltrate anything
tell me how do i consider being stealthy planting explosives can get our 'trix guys not warning the resident hacker
tell me what you have done better to be able to judge me for my actions?

If BE tools you dont have, wait untill we gain full access. There are maglocks access on console in the node, once you set the way, we will open doors you need to use when you are there.
20 KG is enought to bring down the sky. We dont need so great damage. I`d think 0,5kg charge for every target will do the work we need...yet im not demo expert so i dont know the right numbers and I may be wrong.
There are ways how to stun or kill IC or hacker in matrix combat. There are also ways how to alter anything he would try to send away. And on the console there are three panic buttons. The console is opened for us now, if I understand it right. We should lock them down or something else.
And you are right. I didnt done anything of great use right now. I know that there are three more things I was supposed to have when starting thi character. Trace, Exploit and Defuse...Well I dont have them so Im depending on others with those programs.
Im here to get you aout to safety if anything goes wrong. The less I`m needed, the better.

Theft, damage, destruction to inventory and equipment - do whatever it takes to disrupt their operation. Three constraints on that however. First. It is very important that structural damage to the buildings must be avoided. Further, the must be  no environmental damage to the land or ground water. Lastly lethal force against personnel during this operation is prohibited.

Structural damage is when you weaken the buildings structure, and one hole on the side will not do that, I think someone of you was an engineer or was I mistaken? it need to be damage to the main walls with carry the Roof in this case, as it is the shorter wall it is defiantly not Structural.

What's the GM's verdict on this one? is any damage to the building Structural or just damaging the specific constructions witch are responsible for the structural integrity?
the blast in the SecCen Wall will most likely make a opening for us to go round the Maglock so creating a short cut.

I was thinking that i might throw a Neurostun grenade inside the Sec Centre to knock them out.
general confusion should let the gas spread there and anyone coming for help would walk in on it.
