Sam -
simple action: open door
simple action: shoot at guard 11 hits

surprise roll: 7d6.hits(5)=0 no glitch, but considering that Sam would have a +6 to his roll, we can safely assume he is surprise
defense roll: no active defense but he has a Good cover(4 - he is sitting behind a desk) so 4d6.hits(5)=1 with a glitch

Damage Value: 6S + 9 -> 15S
Damage resistance: Body(4) + Half impact armor(3) -> 7d6.hits(5)=1 glitch that will negate his chances to resist on electricity damage.

that is 10S damage plus 4P overflow

Kour - having more than four hits means critical success. feel free to make an IC post - that was spectacular take down.
one thing to consider, i keep forgetting to ad smartgun = +2 modifier :'(
Edit: Scratch that i also forgot the -2 from the Radar so the roll is OK
but kinda got luck this time, him glitching twice, I mean.
one IC coming up.
P.s. using the Free action to shut down the Radar to give a better shoot next time

For the next pass I could do the same as this time, open door and edge shoot. then I would have to reload, but that's just how it works right, and reloading for me is free+simple so I would get the first shoot of the same time, if needed.
 ini for the second CT11d6.hits(5) → [5,1,6,4,5,4,3,3,3,5,2] = (4) so the new Ini is 15
Shoot if all goes well
if it's a sec guard with a armour i would use edge
19d6.hitsopen(5,6) → [5,5,[6, 2],5,4,3,3,5,4,5,5,3,4,3,2,2,[6, 6, 4],1,1] = (9)
if it's only 2 hackers then a shoot without edge
15d6.hits(5) → [1,5,1,6,3,3,4,6,3,4,6,4,1,1,1] = (4)
the shot goea to the one who is not in the VR and next to the Console, respectively if both are in VR then the next to it if only one them is VR then the one who is not, hope you get the idea.

The thing is i am on one deadline until the weekend Fri/Sat, so i might not come online for a while, at least not often and just gona leave it up to you,
if we secure the SecCen, forget not to disarm the two Bombs ok as it is Comabt turn based atm, thay stil have 19 min to go boom.

Disclaimer: Proud of Sam, never imagined he would be this proficient at taking out guards  ;D

Defense should be Response(5) + Firewall(5) + hotsim(2) - so you missed one dice 1d6.hits(5)=0 (no change though)
The hit connected giving you 3 Matrix DV.

a resistance roll System (5) + Armor(5)  + hot sim(2) -> allow you to buy 3 hits, soaking it completely.

btw. I'll assume you have that program loaded - but please mark on you card, and let me know what program you have loaded (you have some modifers, that doesn't count for response, let me know what each of them do)

your attack with blackhammer however had no effect

you cannot save an action. You can save an initiative phase. beside you're already subscribed to the van. you can have multiple subscription active. and beside again, being subscribed to other node won't save you from dumpshock of being in the crashed node (unless it is you who is crashing the node), same as it wouldn't save you from having your persona icon destroyed in combat.

Omar knows better than you. To save me trouble from rewriting let's assume you attacked #2 he has already acted that turn before you so if you take him down I wouldn't have to make changes to the rolls already made.

He goes full defense -> Response(5) + Firewall(5) + hotSim(2) + hacking(3) -> 15d6.hits(5)=6 deflected, but used up action from next IP.
